I Hear You is another brilliant psychological thriller from Freida McFadden that had me completely hooked from start to finish. The story is tense, twisty, and filled with that signature Freida suspense that keeps you second-guessing every characterâs motives.
The pacing is perfect â fast enough to keep you turning pages (or in my case, glued to the audiobook) but detailed enough to make you feel every bit of the tension. The characters are complex and flawed in the best way, and the endingâĻ absolutely blew my mind! I didnât see that twist coming at all.
I loved how the psychological depth mixed with the mystery, creating that eerie, âsomethingâs not rightâ feeling throughout the book.
Definitely a 5-star read â chilling, addictive, and impossible to stop thinking about. Freida McFadden never disappoint

āĻŦā§āϏā§āĻĒā§āĻā§āϰ⧠āĻā§āύāĻāĻžāϰāĻžāĻĒāĻŋ is a classic Feluda story with an intriguing setup â a murder in a small town, a family full of secrets, and Feluda on the case. As always, Satyajit Rayâs writing is crisp and intelligent, and Feludaâs logical deductions make the mystery interesting.
However, I felt the story was a bit predictable this time. The tension and depth that usually make Feludaâs adventures unforgettable were somewhat missing. Itâs still enjoyable, especially because of the familiar trioâs chemistry and Rayâs witty dialogues.
I listened to the audiobook version, and the narration was quite engaging â it added life to the setting and kept me interested even when the plot slowed down.
Overall, Iâd give it 3 stars.

āĻĢā§āϞā§āĻĻāĻžāϰ āĻā§āϝāĻŧā§āύā§āĻĻāĻžāĻāĻŋāϰāĻŋ is where it all begins â Feludaâs very first case. Itâs short, simple, and more of an introduction to the brilliant detective than a complex mystery. Satyajit Ray gives us a glimpse of Feludaâs sharp mind, logical reasoning, and calm confidence, setting the tone for the many adventures to come.
While the story itself isnât particularly deep or thrilling, itâs enjoyable for what it is â the origin of an iconic detective. The pacing is quick, and you can already see the intelligence and charm that make Feluda unforgettable.
I listened to the audiobook version, which made the experience more engaging and lively, especially with the nostalgic feel of early Feluda stories.
Overall, Iâd give it 3 stars â not one of the strongest mysteries, but a must-listen for anyone who wants to see how Feludaâs legendary journey began.

āϏāĻŽāĻžāĻĻāĻžāϰā§āϰ āĻāĻžāĻŦāĻŋ is one of the shorter Feluda stories, and while it has Rayâs signature intelligence and charm, it didnât quite leave a strong impact on me. The mystery felt a bit too simple and ended rather quickly without much buildup or tension.
Feludaâs reasoning, as always, is sharp, but the plot didnât have the depth or excitement that I usually expect from the series. It felt more like a brief puzzle than a full-fledged detective case.
I listened to the audiobook version, and the narration was pleasant â it helped make the short story more enjoyable despite its simplicity.
Overall, Iâd give it 2.5 stars â not bad, but not particularly memorable either. Itâs a light, quick listen for Feluda fans who want something short and easy.

āĻļā§āϝāĻŧāĻžāϞ āĻĻā§āĻŦāϤāĻžāϰ āϰāĻšāϏā§āϝ is a decent Feluda story with an interesting setup â a mysterious idol and a series of strange events that draw Feluda, Topshe, and Jatayu into yet another case. The rural setting and cultural details give it a nice local flavor, and as always, Satyajit Rayâs writing is sharp and engaging.
However, the mystery felt a bit predictable and less gripping compared to some of Feludaâs stronger adventures. The suspense builds slowly, and the final reveal didnât quite have that âwowâ factor I usually expect.
I listened to the audiobook version, which was enjoyable â the narration added atmosphere and made the story come alive despite its slower pace.
Overall, Iâd give it 3 stars â an average but enjoyable Feluda mystery.

āĻā§āϝāĻžāĻāĻāĻā§āϰ āĻāĻŖā§āĻĄāĻā§āϞ is one of the most atmospheric Feluda stories, beautifully blending mystery, travel, and tension. The backdrop of Gangtok adds a fresh and exciting flavor, with Rayâs vivid descriptions making you feel the chill of the mountains and the thrill of the chase.
The mystery itself is engaging â full of clever twists, sharp deductions, and a satisfying resolution. Feludaâs intelligence shines throughout, while Topsheâs narration and Jatayuâs humor balance the serious tone perfectly.
I listened to the audiobook version, and it was a truly enjoyable experience â the narration captured the suspense and scenic beauty wonderfully.
Overall, Iâd give it 4 stars â a smart, well-paced, and entertaining story that captures everything we love about Feludaâs adventures.

The Silent Patient is one of those rare psychological thrillers that completely lives up to the hype. From the very beginning, it pulls you into a dark, mysterious world full of secrets, obsession, and emotional depth. The story of Alicia Berenson â a woman who stops speaking after a shocking act â and the therapist determined to uncover her truth is absolutely mesmerizing.
The writing is sharp and atmospheric, with every chapter adding a new layer of intrigue. I loved how the tension builds slowly but surely, leading up to a mind-blowing twist that left me speechless. Itâs one of those endings that makes you want to reread the entire book with fresh eyes.
I listened to the audiobook version, and it was an incredible experience â the narration captured the suspense and emotion perfectly.
Without a doubt, 5 stars â haunting, intelligent, and utterly unforgettable. A must-read for anyone who loves psychological thrillers with a twist that hits you hard.

The plot may seem simple at first, but as always, Feludaâs sharp observation and reasoning turn it into an intriguing mystery.
I loved how quickly the tension builds â itâs one of those stories that keeps you hooked till the very end. The setting and the atmosphere are described so vividly that you can almost picture the entire scene.
Iâm giving it 4 stars because itâs crisp, smart, and thoroughly enjoyable, even though itâs shorter and lighter than some of Feludaâs longer adventures. A perfect quick read (or listen) for mystery lovers who enjoy Rayâs storytelling genius.

āϰāϝāĻŧā§āϞ āĻŦā§āĻā§āĻāϞ āϰāĻšāϏā§āϝ is one of the most thrilling and brilliantly written stories in the entire Feluda series. The combination of adventure, intellect, and suspense is absolutely perfect here. Set in the wild forests of North Bengal, the atmosphere is vivid and tense, and Rayâs descriptions make you feel as if youâre right there with Feluda, Topshe, and Jatayu.
The mystery is layered, clever, and full of surprises â with an ending thatâs both emotional and deeply satisfying. Feludaâs reasoning and courage shine throughout the story, reminding you exactly why heâs one of literatureâs finest detectives.
I listened to the audiobook version, and it was an incredible experience â the voice acting, sound design, and background score added so much depth and made the suspense even more real.
Easily a 5-star story for me â gripping, atmospheric, and unforgettable.

āĻā§āϞāĻāϧāĻžāĻŽ āϰāĻšāϏā§āϝ is another engaging and clever addition to Satyajit Rayâs Feluda series. The story is set in a beautifully atmospheric location, and the mystery unfolds with Rayâs trademark intelligence and subtle humor. Feludaâs logical mind, Topsheâs narration come together perfectly, making it both thrilling and entertaining.
I really enjoyed how the plot slowly built up to its revelation â not too rushed, but never dull either. The clues, character interactions, and the final twist all felt satisfying. Itâs one of those stories where you can clearly see why Feluda remains such an iconic detective.
I kind of predicted it a bit but definitely worth reading (or listening to) for every Feluda fan!

āĻā§āϏā§āĻŦāϰā§āĻ āĻā§āĻāĻāϰ takes Feluda, Topshe, and Jatayu on another exciting trip â this time to a beautiful hill station that soon turns dangerous. The story starts off with great promise: an interesting setting, mysterious characters, and a suspenseful atmosphere.
However, as the plot unfolded, I felt it didnât fully live up to the tension it built in the beginning. The mystery was decent but a bit predictable, and some parts felt slower compared to Rayâs sharper, more gripping Feluda stories.
I listened to the audiobook version, which was still enjoyable thanks to the narration and ambient sounds that brought the story to life.

āĻāĻžāĻšāĻžāĻā§āĻā§āϰā§āϰ āϏā§āĻŦāϰā§āĻŖāĻŽā§āĻĻā§āϰāĻž is another enjoyable Feluda mystery that mixes history, art, and detective work in Satyajit Rayâs signature style. The story revolves around a stolen Mughal coin, and as always, Feludaâs reasoning skills and observation make the investigation engaging.
I liked the historical angle and the clever twist toward the end. However, compared to some of the other Feluda stories, this one felt a bit straightforward and lacked the high-stakes tension I usually love in the series.
I listened to the audiobook version, which made the story more immersive â the narration and sound design added life to the setting and characters.
Overall, Iâd give it 3.5 stars â interesting, well-written, and charming as always, but not one of Feludaâs most memorable adventures. Still, a nice short mystery for a relaxing listen!

Londone Feluda takes Satyajit Rayâs iconic detective beyond India for the first time, and itâs fascinating to see Feluda, Topshe, and Jatayu explore London while tackling a new mystery. The setting adds a fresh flavor to the series, and the cultural contrasts are portrayed with Rayâs usual charm and wit.
I listened to the audiobook version, and it was quite enjoyable â the narration and background effects captured the mood well and made the experience immersive. However, the mystery itself felt a bit lighter compared to some of Feludaâs more gripping adventures. The suspense was mild.
Overall, Iâd rate it 3.5 stars â entertaining and atmospheric, but not among my top Feluda favorites.

âKailashe Kelenkariâ is another brilliant adventure from Satyajit Rayâs iconic Feluda series. The story beautifully blends mystery, travel, and Rayâs signature wit, taking the reader (or listener) on a thrilling journey to Ellora and beyond. Feludaâs sharp intellect and Topsheâs youthful narration make the plot engaging from start to finish, while Jatayu adds his usual humor and charm.
I listened to the audiobook version on Mirchi Bangla, and the experience was fantastic. The voice acting, sound effects, and background music really brought the story to life and made me feel as if I were part of the adventure.
The mystery is clever and satisfying, itâs a wonderfully crafted detective tale that perfectly captures Satyajit Rayâs storytelling brilliance.
Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys classic Bengali mysteries â especially in audiobook form!

The chemistry between Feluda, Topshe, and Jatayu is as entertaining as ever, and the storyâs pacing keeps you hooked throughout. I especially liked how Ray managed to pack so much excitement and logic into a relatively short story.
I listened to the audiobook version, and it was a delightful experience â the narration and sound effects added a cinematic touch that made the mystery come alive.
Overall, Iâd give it 4 stars â smart, engaging, and classic Feluda fun. A great mix of mystery, humor, and travel that shows why Satyajit Rayâs detective stories never get old.

Want to Know a Secret? is an engaging domestic thriller filled with Freida McFadden's trademark suspense and tension. The story kept me turning pages, and the epilogue was shocking. Still, compared to her other books, this one didn't hit quite as hard. Julie's character felt frustratingly rude at times, and while the mystery kept me curious, the overall impact wasn't as strong as Freida's best twists. A good, fast-paced read, but not her most memorable one.

Days at the Morisaki Bookshop by Satoshi Yagisawa is a tender Japanese novella about self-discovery, loneliness, and the quiet power of books. The book tells a quiet, heartwarming story about finding yourself again through books and human connection. The small Tokyo bookshop setting is cozy and nostalgic, and the characters feel real and gentle. Takako's journey from heartbreak to healing is beautifully written â simple yet deeply moving. It's a short read, but it lingers long after you close the last page. Perfect for anyone who loves calm, reflective stories and the magic of bookstores.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is easily one of the most magical and thrilling books in the series.
The introduction of Sirius Black and Remus Lupin adds so much depth, both to the plot and to Harry's personal journey. The way Author J.K. Rowling weaves in themes of fear, friendship, and the past catching up to the present is brilliant. I especially loved how the Dementors and the Patronus charm symbolize facing inner darkness with hope.

Make It Stick is one of those books that actually changes how you think about learning, packed with practical strategies that make studying more effective.
The three ideas that stood out to me most were active recall, spaced repetition, and interleaving. I've already tried active recall during my last exam, and it really workedâI remembered more and felt more confident, planning to try spaced repetition and interleaving in my future study sessions too.
It's not a âfunâ read in the sense of a story, but if you're serious about learning smarter, this book is worth it.

Never Lie was such a gripping read! The characters felt realistic, though at times I did wonder how certain details were relevantâbut by the end everything came together brilliantly. Nothing about them felt predictable, which made the reveals even more satisfying. The twists? Absolutely shocking. I was convinced the therapist wasnât really dead and would show up, so the way things unfolded kept me on edge the whole time. Compared to The Housemaid, the pacing was just a bit slower, but still fast enough to keep me hooked from start to finish.Honestly, I loved everything about this bookâfrom the suspense to the way Freida McFadden ties all the threads together. Iâd highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys thrillers, especially those who love unexpected twists that really hit hard.
