This was clearly written by a pre-teen who accidentally got into the adult side of the internet on purpose... Right?????
The language and pacing and descriptions were all so juvenile. The way the dress she's wearing is described, exactly how my 13 yr old niece used to tell me shit when she was 9. Uselessness details abound, crucial details amiss.
I got an hour into the audiobook and didn't help that the narrator was putting on an unconvincing English accent.
Tried the ebook and put it down even quicker. It's a hard pass for me.
