It is scientifically proven that spending time in nature and using mindfulness techniques is very beneficial for our mental and physical health. We are built to be close to nature, and we need to keep reminding that while hiding in city jungles.
The book is only available in Polish, and focuses on Polish forests, however the author recommends "Vitamin N: The Essential Guide to a Nature-Rich Life" by Richard Louv and scientific publications on PubMed to explore the topic further.
