One of the things that caught my attention in the book was the cover, and like the cover, the story is adorable. I totally recommend it when you're looking for a cute and simple book to read.
I really love that both characters were writers and, yes, is love at first sight but at the same time is slow burn.
Another thing I enjoyed about the book is the friendship between Maya and Alisa, and of course, Maya and Celine.
You've always been worthy. Don't you know that?

This was my first book by Susannah Nix and I'm in love. It won't be the last.
I didn't know what I expected from this book, but I really enjoyed it. Wyatt King is a character that has surprised me throughout the book. He loves flirting with women and has a reputation as a womanizer. Wyatt is a person who is always smiling, flirting and is happy but behind that facade there is much more, and has his doubts and fears.
Andie Lockhart is a character that is strong and smart and I love the confidence she has in Wyatt.
Their relationship is beautiful, always had a crush on each other, and how nice it was reading Wyatt opening up with her.
Can't wait to know more about Tanner and Lucy, and I hope we can also see more of Mia and Josh in the next books.

Hockey player and figure skater? YES
I was excited about this book since Zane was mentioned in Hayden's book, wanted to know more about him and he hasn't disappointed me. The way he's there for his friends is something I liked to read, especially when you know he didn't have a easy life. I really enjoyed reading him with his hockey teammates.
And then we have Rei, she was a yes from the beginning. I love her personality, her dedication and her passion for figure skating and, of course, her sassy comments.
The relationship between Zane and Rei was beautiful, the trust he had in her

First of all... THAT EPILOGUE? I need the second book now. I knew Jay wouldn't disappoint.
I've been looking forward to hearing about Holden ever since he appeared in Mia's book (go to read Preston Brothers) and his book has been a gift.
I love Holden, how he has his ups and downs and how he always tries to do his best for his people. And he's also funny, especially when he wanted to get Jamie's attention.
Now Jamie... I didn't know what to expect from her, but she hasn't disappointed either. Her story is sad and it's amazing how strong she is in spite of everything. She is a vulnerable character too and Holden wants to figure her out.
The relationship between them is amazing, Holden is fascinated by her. I liked that the relationship developed throughout the book and the connection they had with each other. I can't wait to know more about them.
Thank you Jay and your team for the arc and for this story❤️
