I'm bewildered this book was as popular as it is

The ending was awfully abrupt, and ruined what would have been a 5-star rating. Book isn't quite grimdark like others have said, but its certainly not for the faint of heart. The POV list was expanded, and for the better!

On one hand I feel like this book could have had more... there were characters that I feel would have had much more impact on the story if they were just giving a little more time.
On the other hand this was a YA fantasy that was already more than 500 pages. I get why an author would have to tone things down.

Overall I didn't expect to fall in love with this book as much as I did ;v;

I originally rated this book at 2.5 stars, but the more time goes on the more I love it??
Its a fking weird book. Don't go into it expecting things to line up.

Everything hurts, I am sad, this book has ruined my evening. 10/10
