Y'all. Y'ALL. This book was so good. Like, I've been reading Ilona Andrews books for 20 years, and they've all been great. Never regretted one. But this book? This book is on a totally different playing field. Multiple times throughout, I had to stop and stare at a wall for a bit. When I finished it, I slammed it on the bed 3-4 times, whilst screaming. It was 1 am, and I was v thankful to live alone. I am absolutely *foaming* to get my hands on book 2, which was officially announced as finished last week. I'm going to be absolutely unbearable as I pimp this book out to everyone I know.
