Been a while since I read Max's work and I have fond memories. The first bit of this I really wasn't in to, and it came to an abrupt conclusion, but I felt it really paid off in the end.

I grew up Christian and have been rediscovering Christ in adulthood. This should be required reading for everyone, especially to join the atheist "club". I might not have had a lapse in church going had I read this at twenty.

What a fun ride. Having watched the show I knew the story but it was long enough ago it felt new and still held surpirse.

I knew a fair but of Rich's back story but I liked reading more about his upbringing and his path to the games. He has an amazing outlook on life and fitness. Wish it was a little less preachy but worth a read.

More then running, anyone can get something out of this book. Not a hard read by any means but made me think about a lot of things and changed the way I think while I'm running as well as other times that I can just BE inside my own head for a while.

A great read if you can think critically enough to not buy into all the hype. I had a lot of great ideas while reading this book but I disagree with almost half their points.

Too many absolute brain bombs in this one. Defiantly something I'll come back to read parts of time and again.

Good read but not his best. I found the jumping of perspective to be a little tough to follow.

Informative and Eye Opening

There's a lot more to how we fuel ourselves then one would think and we'd be better off if people thought about their food and their biology a little more. Great read for a lot more then food!

If this doesn't change your life you're not human. This should be required reading for EVERYTHING.
