Maybe it was because of the format or the narration, but I really didn't enjoy this book much. It just never caught my interest. I might enjoy it more reading the actual book instead of listening.

Going home was a very interesting story, and it's based in my area so I know a lot of the places talked about in the book. The problems with the book are (sometimes) poor writing and editing. Misspelled words, repeating the same thing two paragraphs in a row, etc, can hamper the story from time to time. I did enjoy the book though and will probably give the next in the series a chance too. I just hope they found a better editor for the next one.

Good not great story. I was disappointed in the ending. Maybe would have liked the book more had I not read it back to back with Forever Island. The 2 stories are very similar.

Awesome book. I think I liked it even better than AD 30. It was interesting to look at the life and teachings of Jesus from a different perspective. Highly recommended.

I've been a big fan of Dr. Carson for a while now. In this book, he did a great job of laying out his vision for America.

Musk is a genius engineer but seems to be quite a jerk who uses foul language frequently.

What a sad and depressing book. I enjoyed the story, but it was a little hard to get past the lack of quotations and apostrophes. What I took from this book was a great love between father and son. I found myself thinking of my sons and how I would handle tough situations with them. Overall good book, but it definitely has some flaws.
