I enjoy reading all sorts of books. I write fantasy. Most people who know me point out the mustard stain on my shirt, at least when I'm wearing a shirt. Don't worry, I usually wear shirts and everything else except hats and gloves. I can't keep up with them.

Iscariot is the first novel I've read by Tosca Lee and is a real masterpiece. I felt like I had traveled back in time and witnessed intimate events in Judas Iscariot's life including personal encounters with Jesus. The culture of Jesus's time and place, the tensions, and all were on full display in this book and told in an entertaining way that allowed me to remain immersed in the story. I never felt like I had to jump to a reference to follow up on anything. I didn't want to put the book down. I highly recommend this book.
I read this book in three days. It was a fun and wild ride. The first book in a series that'll all be available this year in 2021. It has everything. It's a time traveling thriller that I'll probably read again before the next book is released.
This was a fun and very interesting story. If you enjoy science fiction I recommend that you read this. Kerry Nietz is an amazing storyteller, and I look forward to reading more of his work.
