I was already going to read everything you wrote after reading Crossroads, but this book... This book got you another diehard fan.
If no one loves Knox, that must mean I am dead. He is the most perfect man, and I need 10 of him. (Don't tell my fiancé.) The way he loved and cherished not only Memphis but Drake as well had me wiping away my tears. As the daughter of a single mother, Knox is the blueprint for the perfect father who steps up.
My heart ached for early book Memphis. Her former life in New York shook her confidence so much to the point she was doubting her capabilities to be an amazing mother. And that's what she was, an extraordinary mother to her son. Sadly, I am not a mother and cannot truly connect to her on that level, but it did help me understand how lonely motherhood must have been for her and even my own mother. The heartache Memphis went through made me appreciate the sacrifices my mom made when I was growing up. Thank you, Devney, for showing me this.

Thank you NetGalley, Forever Publishing and Hachette Audio for an advance listen!
This was my first Nisha J. Tuli novel and she just gained a new reader! It was such a fun read where I didn't want to stop listening!
Soneela Nankani (the narrator) brought Trishara to life and was the best part of the listening experience. If she narrates, I will listen! 🎧💕
I absolutely loved the relationship between Trishara and Rafe! The tension • the yearning • the chemistry 🥵 Their banter had me giggling the whole way through!
