Easily one of my favorite mystery novels of all time. A bit rough around the edges age-wise, but remains a fun, tense, weaving tale with twists right up until the end.

If you think of this novella as a gaming hook for a role playing game, it'll make a ton more sense. Imagine being on Luna and having someone come to you, telling you about this mystery they uncovered.

Chapter 18, “My Aim Is True”, has been my favorite 20 pages from a book for over 7 years now. Was great to revisit this one again.

Really great story, but Jordan is extremely detailed; such detail turns the reading into a slog/chore.
