Lulled into a false sense of security thinking this was a YA novel.

Full tilt from start to finish. From the first page to the last, anxiety. The rare chapters of peace and quiet are so appreciated that you don't realize you've been holding your breath for half the book.

The greatest opening line to any story ever written. Gibson's one of of the greatest to ever do it.

"Learning to walk again," though quite literally. A great end to an initial trilogy of books. Had to sit on the ending for a couple weeks before jumping back into the heartbreak.
