Why this book?
This was the 1st book I read that was not a "space book" as my grade 7 english teacher would say. Basically I was forced to read somethign other than a star trek book or space book lol, once I read this I was hooked and it was just a avalanche from there. Befor I knew it I was reading orson scott card, crichton, Terry Brooks and goodkind, and so many others
