happy birthday Haymith. Yes - I know how the story would end. Did I cry? - also yes.

But it did not have its bad points. Too many name-dropping for the sake of it. Characters were a little flat and what was Haymitch thinking?? He read like he didn't have an opinion at all about things. Why Haymitch, why..? This exact question was popping up in the story, but it didn't get a clear answer in my opinion.

I'm re-reading it to see if I can make sense of it all, and might just re-read the whole trilogy with Haymitch's POV in mind.

Verschrikkelijk. Irritante zelf-ingenomen personages met discussies en ruzies over steeds dezelfde onderwerpen. Dan denk je dat je vrede hebt met het karakter van de egocentrische hoofdrolspelers, gaan ze ineens dingen doen die dan weer totaal out of character zijn. Ik kon hem niet uit lezen.

Yes! Ze worden echt steeds beter :)
