Now this is an interesting read.
I picked up "Anxious People", after the third unsuccesful attempt to try and finish "Norwegian Wood".
While both books explore human emotions and relationships, they do so in very different ways. "Anxious People", deals with serious themes like anxiety and loneliness with a much much lighter touch.
You'll laugh, you'll cry, and you'll walk away feeling hopeful. A bank robbery turns into a hostage situation, trapping a diverse group of strangers in an apartment. As they're forced to confront their fears and secrets, you'll get to know these strangers and find yourself rooting for them. It's a reminder that even in the craziest of circumstances, people can find solace and understanding in each other.
