What a horrifying, disturbing and unique read! I really enjoyed this book.

This book is gorgeous on so many levels - the story that intertwines generations, the rich folklore and traditions, the beauty and atmosphere of the Ozarks and the way the stories of Gracelynn and Deirdre are presented. I absolutely loved this book!

This was a good, quick read.

I really enjoyed the first 75% of the book, but I am a bit torn on how I feel about the ending. I haven't quite decided if I liked or didn't.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I decided to read this. The reviews were mixed and I was hesitant. But it turns out that I freakin' loved this book! It was a nostalgic, fun and entertaining ride the whole way through.

Amazing! I wasn't too sure if I could get into this book, as I am not a mom and have no desire to be one. But holy moly, this book hooked me and I freakin' loved it!

I absolutely adored this book! I was weird, fucked up, unique and beautiful.

I really enjoyed this book! I was torn between a 4 and 5 star rating, but I thinking about it I would say it's a solid 4.5. It has so many elements that I love - a cursed town, witches, and an interesting plot twist (which isn't too hard to figure out, but it's definitely good). Shea Ernshaw writes so elegantly that the story immediately draws you in.

It's a YA novel, so it was not a challenging read, however it is atmospheric, haunting and fun! I definitely recommend giving this book a chance.
