Really interesting. Makes you question and see things in a different way. Also teaches strategies to leverage influence.

Great book to understand what becoming a manager means, and prepare for the different situations you might encounter while being a manager.

Also works pretty good if you're just a lead for now.

The book I've read the fastest. It's entertaining, interesting and made me want to keep reading.
