Ok, this was much darker than the Ritual and at times, really hard to get through. The plot kept twisting and I cared so much for Ellie that I had to make it through. 🖤

My least favorite of the series. I felt you could read the first few and then last few chapters and skip the middle.

OMG! this might be my favorite in the series! But it's only book 3. it's set a high bar, though!!!

super fast story without a timeline? it felt like this book took place in a few games which wow.  

I feared this was going to become a DNF. The first half of the book was
a struggle, but I made it! Had greater hopes, but typos and so many “I”
sentences really had me struggling and wondering now much longer
I would hang in there. It ends on a cliff hanger and l'm not sure that I'll
read book 2...

Quick read....but that may be the downfall for this book. It could have easily been a longer book or a duet series. At times, the story felt rushed as we navigated a dark romance second chance story.

Ronan Sinclair is the sweetest! I love that our FMC is also strong and determined!

Did not see that ending coming at all!!!!!

This author has a rare gift for capturing raw emotion in a way that lingers long after the final page. The characters feel so real, their struggles and triumphs stay with me, and it makes me want to devour everything else she's written.
