I'm gonna be so honest I went into this book completely blind other than the fact it was an unplanned pregnancy trope and boy was I surprised about who ended up getting together!!! (In the best way)

When our love interests started getting closer and spending more time together I was like .... Wait am I supposed to be rooting for this guy because I am. LOL quick check to the synopsis and I was like okay I'm in the clear

Anyway! I would put this up there with the sweet romance like in Out on a Limb but Hannah Bonam-Young (obviously different circumstances but still such a sweet genuine blossoming love)

Honestly it reminds me of the quote from ... is it The Fault in Our Star? That goes “I fell in love the way you fall asleep, slowly then all at once”

The narrator reminds me of the actress who plays Belly in The Summer I Turned Pretty

If you are an audiobook person, definitely listen to this on audiobook. It takes it to a whole other level.

My gosh I just love Tarah DeWitt's writing!!!! If you love the single dad trope, if you were ever told that boys don't like funny girls or ever told to tone yourself down or make yourself small, if you like dumb idiots that love each other so much they don't even say anything until they're forced to - this book is for you!!!

Wow I enjoyed this so much! I had only read the weather related novellas from this author but I am so pleasantly surprised at how much I loved this!
This has me swooning and sweating and the “teach me” trope will always do it for me

I think I liked it

This book was very hyped up for me and I was excited to read it. I love seeing myself in book and I loved seeing a plus size FMC get loved on. But I'm going to be so honest some of the dialogue was so cringey!! I almost had to DNF when he talked about her “virgin blood” I think I'm glad I kept reading and it was a quick read for me but I'm just not sure

Smutty the cat was obviously the best character!!

One of the only “just kisses”/ no spice authors that nails it every single time. I cannot get over how her writing makes me feel
Her writing draws me in and keeps me entertained every single time
I think this was my second favorite (after Hello Stranger) but was still 5 stars!!!

The imagery was really descriptive and the premise was insane

If you're debating it or just added it to your TBR, read this immediately

Yall this was such a wild ride! I picked this up on a whim on Saturday 8/3/24 and have not wanted to put it down!!! I'm finishing it on 8/6/24 at 1:15am

I loved this book! The spice was spicy. It made me laugh out loud multiple times

Josh is really just a cinnamon roll for his girl and I loved his friendship with Tyler so much

FRED! Fred was the best part of the book
