As incredible as this book was i just cant give it 5 stars.
If there was another full length book after this one it would 100% be a 5 star book but there isn't. The ending is super abrupt and makes no sense and I have 0 clue how the prolog happened,
how are warnner and kenji not being attacked again after the ending.
The charecters that we have known for 10 books are all expanded on so much. we got a lot of information on juliett's backstory and warnner becomes one of the best charecters I have ever read.
I feel the best way to describe this book is to use a Taylor Swift quote
โI and I can feel it lost in the memories august slipped away like a bottle of wine because you were never mineโ Dr Taylor Allison Swift.
We find so much about wanner and juliett's past that I can forgive him for the first book. I never thought i would be 100% on bord with him being the main love interest but considering everything we find out in this book, I love him.
I don't know how to feel about this book, I loved the characters and plot but the backstories were not well done,
Although Hannah was a well-written character in the present day her back story was very brief and she felt like the only thing she had been through in her life was her rape while Garret's only personality was the fact his father was abusive.
But again I enjoyed the plot and the spicy scenes were well written and not to much
Alexa played โthis is me trying' by โtaylor swift'

If you have ever wondered what your life would be like if you made a single different choice?
This story is exactly that. showing the outcome of the same person's life multiple times but if she had made 1 different choice, if she had, stayed with her EX, if she had stuck with swimming, if she had moved to Australia with her best friend, if she had coffee instead of tea on a date.
The concept of the story is good the idea that 1 choice you make impacts everything in your life. but the book turned into a self-help book for a financial character in the last 1/3 and other than Nora non of the characters were very detailed, although I think this may be on purpose because of the way the book is written.
I thought the first book in this series was perfection but nope this is perfection.
Tahereh Mafi managed to turn warnner into a solid love interest while also not neglecting Adam.
For the plot outside of the love triangel it was solid with good carecter depth in this book and expanding on charecters we arelready had like james and introducing Arron's mother, even tho she is not a large part of the book charecter wise she is a large part as to why warnner becomes likable and then one of the best charecters, as we find out the reason for his orignal obsession with juliett is because his mother suffers in the same way.
Considering this was orignally the last book in the series the ending is perfect and I cant wait to read the rest off the books to see how Tahereah Mafi expands on the world.
im addicted to this series.
The first book was definitely better than this one but this is still an incredible book.
The story is more plot-focused than the first book and there is more world-building rather than character-building, because of this, the new characters feel very 2 dimensional.
The plot itself tho!!! It takes place directly after the first book and it makes sense. In my head, the first book and second have merged into 1 in my head because of how well-written they are and how well they flow.
The only major issue I had with the plot/characters was how Warner was turned into a legitimate love interest rather than someone who had an unhealthy obsession with Juliet. but the ending fixed that for me.
I loved Adam in the first 2 books, but having a book/novella in his perspective has ruined him in my opinion.
The story had a lot of potential and maybe if there was an alternate version of book 2 (unravel me) In his perspective I would have enjoyed it more. but this felt super repetitive to the last part of unravel me and just made adam unlikable
i have read a few dystopian books in the past but they are few and far between because for me personally they have to be well-written and interesting. this book is both of those things.
The story follows Juliett who has the ability to kill people just from her touch. because of this, she was sent to an insane asylum until Warner was ready to use her to fight a rebellion.
But she isn't evil and she doesn't want to hurt anyone let alone kill them.
Thank you to net galley and the publisher for an ARC

I found Rosie to be insufferable authough Alec was well written and had a proper back story it felt as if Rosie only flaws were other peoples fault and that she could do no wrong.
The plot was strong but I felt the ending was rushed and could have been another 30 pages easily instead they rushed a lot of content into 2 chapters
The romance itself was good and well done with it making sence for the characters.
This isn't one I will re read but it is one I am glad I read
someone please explain to me ,why a 250 page book took me 4 days to read?
Overall rating 1 stars
I am shocked I made it through this book, There were so many points I wanted to DNF it but I kept going hoping it would get better but it really didn't.
The story follows Jess who co-owns a catering company and the story follows her being re-introduced to her childhood/teenage crush Jamie.
As teenagers, the pair had hooked up at a party, but unknown to Jamie it was Jess's first time, and the aftermath of the hookup caused her to develop commitment issues and caused her to not enter another relationship until she encounters Jamie at a wedding when she gets stranded and he (although not recognising her) helps her get home.
Randomly around 70% into the book it is dropped onto us that Jamie has a kid and instead of ending any plots it causes more that all feel rushed due to it being so late into the book
To be honest, although it was a fast-paced book I found it super hard to read. the formatting on a Kindle means there are no paragraphs, the chapters are long and drawn out. and the writing feels like AI at some points, especially when characters are talking.
TJR books have always been some of my top books.
This one is no diffrent,
Although short and taking me just under an hour to read the story itself is as amazing as always.
The story itself is about the partners of affair partners responding via letters. And although the story is told via letters it is well done and interesting.
Definitely a good story to brake up the books I am reading

I ment to read this over the holdiays but didn't get a chance to, now I have time for reading again it was at the top of my TBR and I am so glad i read it now.
Considering this was written by a 16 year old it is so well done, with both charecters having a detailed background and even tho one of the main charecters had a lot of trauma it was written in a grown up and aproachable way.
The only major issue I had with this book was the 2 plots going on at once, I would have liked it is it was a series and the first book was the past and the 2nd was present day.

I read Icebraker a few months ago and loved it, although I loved the first book in the series I loved this one more.
The forced proximity and miscommunication tropes are done well.
Miscommunication is not a trope I read very often but when I found out about this book I was instantly interested.
I was nervous because the tropes are not what I would normally read but this book was one of the few where miscommunication was done well
