This was a very thorough book about the author's obsession with the fate of the 1897 Andrée expedition. A bit too thorough for my liking - although there was a lot of interesting info, I did not quite finish the book and finally read the conclusion at the end before returning it.
The physical book was very pretty and made with care with the pictures and color pages.
The English translation leaves a lot of the Japanese terms untranslated in the text and makes the reader refer to the five-page(!) glossary at the end of the book. This made the album initially a bit hard to read, until I got used to it, and also had learned enough of the Japanese terms.
The manga itself is pretty good.
