Such a cute read! Lynn Painter has yet to disappointment me with one of her book!

Took me so long to get through this book but THE ENDING??? Extra .5 star is for the ending. Need to start book 2 soon! Alizeh falling off the dragon at the end? Yeah reasonable

6/5 stars. This book has easily become one of my favourite romcoms I've ever read. I love the small town, cozy vibes that were in this book. Definitely one of those books I would love to read for the first time again!

First 5-star read of 2025. I absolutely loved this series. The books were quick and easy to read and kept you involved until the end. This book might be my favourite of the series. It started slow, but the end was a rollercoaster ride. There were so many unseen plot twists and every time you think that you've caught onto something you end up being misled.

This book was heavy with the politics which made it a bit harder to follow but I overall really enjoyed the book. There were so many plot twists that I did not see coming and even when I thought I was onto something I just ended up being misled. Extra 0.5 for the ending. Can't wait to get my hands on book 2

This book had so much going on and so many plot twists along the way but the last 100 pages were a roller coaster ride. Can't wait to start the last book and see how it all ends.

The last 100 pages were so stressful with all the twists at the end. Even though I knew what was coming, the ending broke my heart. Thoroughly enjoyed this retelling of Romeo and Juliet, but might need some time to recover from this one.
