Plenty of twists, satisfying closure, nothing ground breaking for me though

While the story might be lacking something, which I would agree, I think the overall experience I've had in this world with these characters is enough to merit a 5 star.

I love it when books make me feel feelings.

Perhaps it was the season of life in which I read this book, but this turned out to be such a necessary read. It's filled with many simply beautiful and beautifully simple thoughts on living life.

Highly recommend reading this book!

This was going to be 2 stars until the last two chapters.

While this book is littered with tropes that I don't care for (mostly writing in elements to instantly help the protagonist), I still had A LOT of fun with it.

I love these characters. I love the humor throughout (laughed out loud multiple times). Definitely would recommend to anyone, not just middle-grade aged readers!
