Unlike most other nonfic that I read and forget, somehow this book stuck with me... It helped me in a lot of my social roles as a student and a partner and a brother and a friend. A must read in my opinion.

Just know that this book largely focus on self aspects of emotional control. For relationship helps, I think Social Intelligence would be much more helpful.

bro the book is long. like really really long

WTF is this novel man

this is the best romantic novel ive ever read. and i don't know why it's not in the top lists

uh.. this is the book that kind of make you want to reflect on everything you read, but oh my god. the way the book goes is just so brilliant. i don't know why is this chbosky's only novel or if it is, but its so good.

I like this book much better than the first one. Even though the pieces fell together before the reveal, it felt ok and better than the out of the world twist in the previous book.

broooo... i was waiting for a twist the entire second half :(((((

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO STAAAAAAANLEEEEYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Don't ask me why I'm reading/listening this book for the nth time... im not such a fan of audiobooks when compared to reading the actual copies but who cares what i think.. in front of this masterpiece by pottermore, no words will match to it... it feels a lot lot lot more magical than whatever ive ever felt from harry potter world (bet you it was a lot magical already). the background score was just OMG!!! now im just humming the same tune over and over again. ps: hope this wins the choice award :)

for a moment it was woow... for a moment it was okay.. for the next moments it was meh.. and the story kind of ended that way. what do you mean, freida, by ‘jaw-dropping' twist. the first page (thats a bit exaggeration like freida) i guessed the entire story, atleast the most of it. and it exactly happens as such. no new characters no plot twists nothing. altogether there are about 8 characters that are tailor made to fit the plot that seems so basic. and the cover and the subtitle ‘from behind the closed doors...' bro why. who. when. what were you thinking the people would expect when you give such titles. i don't certainly think that this was freidas novel that deserved a sequel. but i didn't felt that boring, its gripping, but predictable... too predictable.

Okaaay, there was a moment that I felt really connected to Augustus Waters and Hazel Grace, but I lost that somewhere in the middle of these pages. The problem of predictability hung in the air for the whole book and all I wanted to know at times was how will this end... The emotional thing quite couldn't connect for me, but yeah, the book wasn't that bad. It has its ups and downs.

there are a lot of people who are against categorizing people saying that people think in a million different ways, well yes it is true. this book is not a way try to categorize people into different colors and out of experience dont say to people that they are this color unless they ask.. but this is really efficient in communicating to people. this book made me realize that there is a correlation between the way people express their ideas and how they expect to recieve them. its all about pace and tone and all that... really worth it.

the best book of the series would probably be this, the rest aren't bad, they are awesome as well but not as awesomic as compared to this. there were moments where i stopped reading and closed my eyes because something just happened that shit out of me (its not scary but like you go WTH, because it wasn't supposed to happen like that) i like those punches in each chapter. the rest of the novels focus on much political and identical aspects than this which is more like a survival thriller that makes you want to survive. i mostly overrate my reviews sooo yeah, just read it.

if you didn't watch the series read this book, if you watched the series still read the book. the book is much more fast paced than the series (which was like a snail dragging for the first 6-7 episodes) but this is just sooo much better. clay feels so much more connected to hannah than the series. the book is not very informative or anything about suicide, i don't why is there so much things like suicide help number in this book, but yes it tells you something.

if i had not read the last few pages, i wouldn't have loved this book.

[Spoiler] you will cry

A high school story, realistic and engaging. Story based on friendship and survival. A good book.

Loved it

to begin with, levy, i think this book was an overstatement... this is a very beginner friendly book, if you are below 1000 or don't have an elo at all or dont even know what it is and want to improve a chess, give it a try and who knows you might get a few things from here and there, i didn't.. sorry levy
