The book is lovely until it wraps up way too fast at the end. It does in two pages what should have been done after another five chapters.

This book is packed with information and examples. I have so many things to approach my grandparents and parents with, and this book has given me tools and methods to use.

The information was really interesting, and Dolly is fascinating. The organization style didn’t really work for me, though. It was very much all over the place

This was an enjoyable book. Organized into little snippets of information on differing types, styles, and purposes of walking, it also includes so many bits of science and research that you can use as a springboard to deepen your knowledge of dozens of topics.

Boring and extremely predictable.
