Book 11 keeps the series moving by widening the lens beyond Arthur, and most of the new perspectives earned their page time. The shift gave the world more weight and let side characters feel like people instead of scenery. Cecilia was the exception for me. Her arc never settled into a clear shape, and I came out of her chapters less sure of what she wanted than when I went in.
