Found this book through my library as it was listed as a newly added audiobook. I confused the narrator with another author, but she did a great job anyways. The story itself didn’t really appeal to me initially, and it was a slow start and hard to get into it. I ended up pushing through and listening to most of it during one hike. I liked the feminist tones towards the end and the rejection of centering men, but overall this story just made me a bit sad and unfulfilled. And I hated the political angle with the inclusion of war criminals Clinton and Obama 🤮
