Beautiful story with wonderful pacing and intriguing characters and backgrounds.

The FMC is likable and has an interesting background in engineering. I really enjoyed the fact that she had a nice balance of wanting to engage with the MMC yet standing up for herself when it counted. The MMC was wonderful in character development and the pacing for his character arcs.

I think the premise of the book between the two species has been done before, but this book offers such a unique twist and solution. I’m excited to see what will happen in the next book!

Wow, what an ending!!

I will admit, it was very difficult to get through the first half. It’s a longer book and there was so much to keep track of! However, things really started the pick up and the plot started to thicken. I’m so intrigued by where this story went and what will happen in the next one.
