Along the series, there's been a common plot, something that keeps popping up, so while this is the last book in the series for now, there for sure are other books coming.
But focusing on this one, I enjoyed it just as much as the first two. Charlie and Declan's relationships keeps getting better and I just love those two together. They make it work and it seems effortless while there is quite some effort going on. They understand each other and, most importantly, trust each other. They take their time, are both level headed (well, for the most part), and work together (in more ways than one).
The mystery, again, loved it, a bit more predictable than in the first two books, but still had great elements that made me enjoy it so much.
