Overall, I enjoyed this book. Pretty early on I caught on that the characters are from the same family as the ones in a different series by K.J. Charles, but from a different time period, which I found to be quite interesting.
I wasn't crazy about the main characters of this book (each book in the series focuses on a different pairing), although I did like them well enough. It was an okay read, but yeah, don't think it'll leave a lasting impression.
