another soul-warmingly philosophical monk & robot entry

I absolutely loved the character development in this volume!

an insightful look into the design process for the characters (and overall game) of Persona 3.

the unexpected twist in the last chapter knocked this up from a four star rating to a five, what the heck

spent the last fifth of the book alternating between sad and happy tears.

if there aren't some of my crows in king of scars I'm going to be so upset.

a heartwarming and intriguing introduction to the series.

an excellent start to the series! I was so invested in all the characters.

This book was heartwarming and bittersweet.

'...no matter what difficulties people face, they will always have the strength to overcome them. It just takes heart. And if the chair can change someone's heart, it clearly has it's purpose.'

short, but well done retelling.

holy heck I missed vin, elend, sazed, and spook so much.

It's been a long time since a book made me feel this way. Every plot point, every word felt so intentional, I loved every second of it. I love Kvothe and can't wait to read more of his story.

oh my gosh.
what do I even say? the payoff with this book was incredible. I can't wait to read the rest of the stormlight archives

2024 reread: still fantastic, still love it.

charming and goofy, a refreshingly un-taboo take on periods and hormones.

This was a very serious and sad story. The art style is unique, and I do think it's important to read about the plights of women in the past.

I am hollow and sad, the ending was so good.

despite it's somewhat goofy premise, this has been adorable and very well composed so far.

Excellent.

what a freakin' ride

this book is amazing.

this manga only gets better and more wholesome as the pages turn.

I cried when they flash backed to becky not being able to make friends, then flashed forward to anya and her asleep together in the car. v good.
