short and sweet, would have loved more!

I don't understand people who get through this book and still hate Nesta.

delightful and refreshing. more, please, always, Ali!

perfect, no notes ❤️

3.5 stars- good!

do not perceive me. enjoyed it but wanted more character development and more detail from the bunker liberation plan.

keeps getting better...

good, but not deep! enjoyed the romance, even if it was shallow.

I feel weird rating this book. it felt very common sense to me, but it was well sourced/cited throughout. not an easy read though because of how depressed/disappointed/enraged I felt throughout.

short & sweet

read tw before picking up this book!
I was unsure at first but ended up really liking it - characters and world was surprisingly well developed for such a short story, I definitely wanted more! going to check out other CCW works now.

good, but I wanted more spice!

loved this one! very excited to see roz at the academy.

4.5 // delightful! refreshing! excited to read more.

this one dragged out a little bit, but I also had a lot going on at this time. excited to see if damuel can level up his mana to be an adequate match for brigitte!

4.5 stars // a beautiful, golden summer of a book.

this was excellent and made me remember that I wanted to get a voyager tattoo when I was 20 and now I want that tattoo again. this book embodies everything I love about space and space exploration and everything that made me want to study aerospace engineering or astrophysics in college.

a dramatic and delightful end to part 2!

I have a lot of criticism about how this book handled plot development, having the main character hold discussions in his head with imaginary people??? I understand what the author was going for (psychologist able to profile hard enough to make connections) but I was unable to suspend my disbelief enough when he was conjuring up whole people and talk to them about the case.

also, the audiobook was riddled with weird cuts in the middle of paragraphs where the narrator had re-recorded a line or two, with different inflection/tonal differences and it was weirdly jarring.

I wish thrillers weren't so hit-or-miss for me :(

loved this! what a cute setup. might finally scratch the ‘wizard school' itch I've had/ignored for a while...

I inhaled this book, it was delightful and I loved it all so much.

docked a star from my initial review because I remember nothing
