Quite a humorous look at Desjardin's experience in Norway. As with any book about the experiences, it probably tells us more about the author than Norwegians. But for anyone who has spent a bit of time in Norway as a foreigner, there are quite a few moments in the book that you'll recognize.
Fast and entertaining read.

Easy reading and essentially The Martian but set in intergalactic space. Entertaining, while sometimes a bit repetitive, following Weir’s well-known structure. In my opinion quite a bit more lucky breaks for the protagonist than necessary, so it feels a bit less realistic than Weir‘s previous work. Overall, thoroughly enjoyable reading.
