See allI loved all of these short stories. Usually I am not a fan of the genre, but each one of these gripped me from the start. They all celebrate our planet and the many possible futures it has, some of them alarmingly difficult to conceive.
My favorite were the last two in the book, Through Her Eyes and Cannonball. They seemed unrelated, but they tie in with each other in an unexpected way.
This version of Clytemnestra's story really explored the rage, quiet and simmering, of a powerful woman wronged by society and those she is supposed to love.
I was expecting this book to get to Clytemnestra's end, but it stopped after the events of Agamemnon. I would truly love to see a treatment of the events of Electra from this same author.
