Fun audiobook!

This was fun! Good audiobook. Nothing crazy, just like a comfort movie or comfort book.

It's nothing fancy, but it's a whole lot of fun.

I can see this being a good book to get back into reading and a fun series to follow.

Definitely slower than the first two.

But man the character development in this one! So many people had their chance to shine, so many plots coming together. A cool little avengers moment. Sanderson keeps on delivering. I'm going to take a break though.

Interesting premise. While a good story, i do feel like Campbell's debut is a little rough around the edges. Characters only talk like they're the first person to be saying some profound things. Not much of a everyday human dialogue. Parts of this book were extremely rushed, felt very preachy in an ironic way.

With a sci-fi, apocalyptic premise, the world building is kinda non-existent except for the Black utopia that is in Mobile. So many questions are left unanswered.

Characters were one-dimensional too.

Super insightful! Joseph doesn't say anything world changing but I really do want to implement the advice he writes about in the book. Appreciate the real-life analysis and his personal connection to studying this. Couldn't have been easy.
