Felt a bit rushed at times and stretched at odd parts. Nevertheless liked the story progression, looking forward to the rest in the arc.

A great story that revolves around two civilizations - evolution of ever curiuos arachnids and survivor humans that are still harboring the destructive legacy that one of protagonists repeatedly identified as following in the steps of those that obliterated themselves.

The culmination and aftermath were rather wholesome and hopeful yet personally this felt rushed and lacking the typical story weaving from previous chapters.

Lots of parallels to problems today. Having a better view of what the time 451 was written in like could clarify stereotypical characters.

An okay overview on existentialism and whatnot. Feels overstretched at times.

Excellent guide to data analysis with pandas. The author gives a good explanation on the underlying pandas rationale and functionality, providing sumptuous examples and deep dives (in appendix) with cross-referencing chapters without deviating too far away.

Professionally I use pandas on a biweekly basis and this book has put so many things in place.

An opinionated collection on how to design software focusing on its complexity.
While a lot of design principles feel close, there's little to none valuable information about them. Typically there's a vague discussion-like description of the problem with indecent backing (author's feeling, observation from a couple of student solutions), followed by “examples” that really don't provide additional value to the point.
As a recent book on design principles it missed the chance to have a proper literature analysis on the topic.

An intriguing cycled story

Poor character development, questionable timeline. Crude lore reveal, feels like hearing a story from a kindergartener, where comes up with ridiculous measures just to support his argument.

An interesting interpretation of society under synthetic and systematic person valuation. Nicely portrays some idiomatic ways of being social that relate to nowadays.

This writin draws into the story as it unravels from secret resistance and love which was the result of sole connection between same-minded; to confusion and capitulation of body and mind.
