Another great read which still leaves it open for another book, hopefully! Wasn't what I was expecting but still kept me interested to see what would happen next.

Another amazing story! I really enjoyed reading CeCe's story and about where she came from.

Another awesome story and to have Beatrix Potter appear was amazing. Really enjoyed the background of Star's story. Can't wait to read about CeCe now.

It has been awhile since I read the first book in the series, but I was completely drawn in to the story and had to keep reading it as much as possible to find out about Ally's story and background.

Wow - I felt like I was there! The dust storms, drought and flash flood! I was sad that Elsa never really found the new life she was looking for before she died!

Enjoyed the story but was gutted when the best friends drifted apart by the end.

I'm not sure where I saw the recommendation to read this book but I really enjoyed it! Not only did it have a granny pretty much inviting herself to a scientific post at Antarctica but also penguins! It had sadness, romance and funny parts.

A great little murder mystery. Great characters and twists along the way. Looking forward to the next book.

I really enjoyed this story and the information about looking after bees was unexpected. The characters were all likeable. Glad everything worked out in the end - even if it was after he finished his residency which was five years!

I saw the second book in the series at the library and it sounded really good so thought I'd better read the first book to see if it was any good. Really enjoyed it and the characters were all likeable, except Harrington. I like stories with working dogs. I'll definitely get the next book out at some stage.

Wow - so good for Alex to get closure with what happened to Maria after all this time. Sad that Kayla moved away. Pleased that he left the FBI and opened up his own practice. So much better when Sampson is included in the story

Really great and quick read. Had to keep reading to find out what was going to happen next. Was so great at the end when little Alex came back to live with Alex and his family. I thought that Christine would have moved back to the area though.

I found this a real struggle to read initially - it did start with a real hiss and a roar but then in my opinion it slowed down! I had to put it down and try again after reading a few different books. It did get easier to read and the story was interesting. It has do many good reviews so I knew I had to finish it.

Awesome read! Amazing to read about the exploits of Dean and Nala after he found her and formed such a strong bond! To finish the book with him and Nala being stuck in Budapest in lockdown in the midst of the coronavirus was unexpected. I've now found his Facebook page and started following it so I can keep up with their escapades.

Was great to learn what really happened to John Puller's mother on the night she disappeared and give the Puller family closure. I really enjoyed this story and couldn't put it down!

Cute story which deals with the main character, Martha, learning things about her family/life she didn't know about.

This was exciting from start to finish! Really enjoying the John Puller series. I read the latest Atlee Pine story before books 2 and 3 so already knew that Bobby gets all charges dropped, but didn't know how. Looking forward to the next John Puller book!

Really great story from start to finish. Glad that he got to the bottom of everything and so kind of him to let those people stay in the house that was left to him by his aunt. I guessed the wrong mole in the police station in Paradise.

Amazing to think this was based on a true story. The risks the librarians took to deliver books and keep the library open during the war! I read this in two parts. First of all I read the 1940s chapters through to the end and then went back and read Lily's story in the 1980s.

I have never read Doctor Zhivago, but now I'm really curious about it and think I'm going to have to! I read the book in the two parts as I'm not a fan of books that jump back and forward. I read ‘The East' from start to finish and then went back and read ‘The West' which worked for me. I didn't have to worry about which characters were which in which timeline and it all flowed well.

It took me awhile to get into this story. It jumped back and forward in time which I'm not a fan of, but it needed to so you could get to know the back story of Ove. It got better as I got further through it and got to know the characters.

Interesting idea for a story. A little bit predictable but still enjoyable.

I read this as it filled a prompt for a reading challenge I'm doing. I wish they had of finished the reality show and then maybe had a bit at the end 3 months on with how everyone was doing.

It was great to read about how Maggie O'Dell started out in the FBI as she turns up in the Ryder Creed series by Alex Kava. Wouldn't mind reading more books in the Maggie O'Dell series but unfortunately my local library doesn't have many of them.

Well I guess there will be another book as Atlee tries to find Mercy and her mother. Wish I had read the John Puller series first but I had only read one and you find out info about his brother in the book!
