Savannah Greenwood

I started this book thinking it was the next big sci-fi/dystopian classic, then it got too YA-cheesy romance for me. All things considered, it's a cool premise and I did enjoy the read.

A dark academic, Dante-esque adventure into hell. Very smart-like.

my mom is my hero

This story is puzzling and mysterious. When my students recommend books to me, I know it has to be good. It will be a book I keep on my classroom shelf so I can continue to pass it amongst my students.

This book is incredible. Is it wrong to say that reading this was somewhat redemptive? I loved reading through her stories and experiences. It gave space for me to reflect through my own background, political ideologies, and why I do what I do. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.
