I was given a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review!

Well a full review will be posted on my blog & on Amazon but here's a quick rundown!

Pros:
-real promise to the storyline, very cool concept!
-Once you're emotionally invested in the storyline, there's some very strong emotions.
-Some character development and relationship development is fun to watch play out.


Cons:
-Plot jumps from place to place, very confusing.
-wasn't engaged at the beginning (but keep going, it does get better!)
-I felt some introductions/deaths etc were rushed, I'd of liked to know more about some characters.
-Structure wasn't fantastic - no chapters, quick changes of focus etc.

Overall, I'd say it was enjoyable with a bit of effort. Some slow parts and some good parts, the book entirely is a good start to a new series. Recommend to sci-fi fans looking for a fresh series!

I brought the complete set because thy were cheap and seemed vaguely interesting...I completely fell in love with them! The characters develop as do their relationships, yet there's still mysteries and suspense through out. I loved the relationships between the characters, the plot line was great too. I recommend this to people all the time. Although he warned you will fall in love with even more fictional characters, it's inevitable.

This is one of my all time favourite books. The storyline gripped me so much that I finished it in one setting, much to my boyfriends annoyance, I just couldn't put it down.

The character of R has mysteries and emotion surrounding him, I adored the style of writing. The way R felt, mixed with Perrys input really got to me. I found myself laughing, crying and getting butterflies through out. I really love this book and its stuck with me - the idea that being in love can change the world. I really do love the thought that one simple action can change everything.

It's an unusual love story, incredibly well written. I can't wait to read the prequel.
