I LOVE a good parallel omegaverse universe story! There are so few of them that are good - and also modern day (historical romance and fantasy aren't my faves) so I was on pins and needles waiting for this book to come out!!

Plus, I love all things Jane Handler!

If you've read her Finding the Forward and Ladybug series you will recognize Grace's name (I actually re-downloaded FTF just to be sure, since it had been a while since I had read it). Anyhow...we see Grace stumbling into the OV world with no idea of how she got there other than she was running from someone. She's found by police and taken to get checked out. They can't figure out her designation (since she doesn't come from their world so she wouldn't have one) and she meets Evan (an omega) who happens to be mated to Wes - the man that she had dream-mated with when she was young. gasp!

Grace has SO much turned upside down around her and now she's thrust into the lives of Wes, Evan, Jett, Brennan and Spencer. Unfortunately, not all of them are as excited to meet her.

In this first book there's more interaction with Wes and Evan than the others but since it's only book 1 in a 3-book series I know there will be more. The ending. Argh!!! Such a cliffhanger! But I have faith in Jane!

This audiobook was surprisingly good! Although technically a slow-burn shifter romance, I think there's maybe one kiss? But the MMC Asil is so entertaining and like able that you can't help but be pulled in by the crazy 5-date setup he's getting put through.

Sweet, unhinged and spicy!

4.5 stars! With a nod to Lights Out and Butcher & Blackbird, this book had me cringing at the murder bits but laughing at the banter!!

Xander is part of a secret “murder club” that consists of a group of guys who are a bit individually unhinged BUT they do go after the bad guys: they're selective (so really...the GOOD murder club

4.5 stars

I'm giving it 4.5 stars only because I was slightly upset with the guys a couple times.
