This is my first read by Cleo White and I enjoyed it! I enjoyed this novella because it gives you a taste of this world and you're able to dip your toes into see if it's something you can get into. I fell head first 😂. 

Honor & Julian shared between them that they had to deal with Julians daughter was a bit of an insufferable brat who was more than ungrateful for the life she had. She didn't care that she stepped on anyone else as long as she got what she wanted. Unfortunately these two were stepped on for the last time. 

I enjoyed being able to see their before and after of when they were planning the benefit. But I wish we could have just gotten a seamless before and after. It was a bit choppy going back and forth. I feel as if there was also a bit too much out into this story for it to be a novella. If it would have been a full fledge story it could have worked better. 

But overall I enjoyed this novella and the characters it involved!

Riley and Nash are one of my favorite couples that I have read so far this year! I love the friends to lovers trope but not nearly as much as I love the It's not his but She's Pregnant trope. It will probably always be in my top 5 tropes. 

Cali wrote these two characters so well, and I loved that she wrote them in such a way that they not only complimented each other but that they were in love with each other from the beginning. 

Riley is a woman after my own 🩷 heart. She didn't like to ask for help because she didn't want to be in debt to anyone, even if they asked her if she needed the help. At times its so hard to accept it even if you need it. I loved Riley and how she embraced her found family in Nash's family and brothers on his hockey team throughout the book. 

Nash, Nash, Nash. You sexy son of a beast you 😍. You have all the girls purring when you walk by, but I love how he only had eyes for Riley. No one else mattered but her, she was his home. This man pulled out all the stops when it came to showing her how he cared. It wasn't a monetary love, it was a I'm going to actually show you I love you. I loved his gestures and how he took care of her even when she wasn't expecting it. He really showed her what being loved and cared for was truly like. 

When she was truly in peril he went Hulk at the hospital and I'm not going to lie and say I wasn't rooting for him. Because I sure was! I was like you get your wife, Sir!! He blew everyone else away when he came in roaring! What I would have gi en to be a fly on that wall when he said his wife 👀!!! 

Nash had so much ❤️ love to give to Riley and her little one and I couldn't have loved this man more for it!! Once he was able to truly express how much he loved Riley I think she was finally able to see how much he wanted to be in her life even though she struggled to see it. 

Those moments that he got to spend being a daddy with their little one was so beyond precious 💞. I had tears in my eyes 😭 and I couldn't help but feel the live as it poured off of the page. Their little family unit was absolutely adorable and I couldn't imagine feeling that precious moment that so many describe 🥰🥰🥰.

Mia and Jessie were two people who were never supposed to cross paths much less fall in love. They threw caution to the wind and fell for each other instead. They both knew the consequences of seeing each other but didn't care because they knew that they were meant to be together. Mia's dad had other plans for her. 

Jessie came from a very rough neighborhood in Dallas and carried the baggage that came along with it. He unfortunately didn't have the best upbringing so he channelled everything into hockey. He had all of the talent for hockey and he was able to get himself into the NHL and out of Dallas. 

Jessie was never able to get his mother away from his abusive father. He loved his mother with all of his being and carried the guilt that he couldn't give her the help that she truly needed. There was so much that Jessie wasn't able to deal with mentally because his mind had blocked it out. 

I couldn't help but feel so deeply for Jessie. I cried for him throughout this book. I couldn't help but feel for him because of the things he struggled through in his short lifetime. 

I couldn't help but be so happy for him when he was able to finally work through his demons but also go to therapy. 

There were so many happy moments in this book I couldn't help but be happy right along with Mia and Jessie. I felt like I was in their friend group and was enjoying every moment by their sides.

Jessie and Mia were one of the sexiest couples I have read. Mia was a virgin who didn't have experience in sex but some experience in other things. I loved that he gave her lessons in sex. Showed her how to do certain acts, and she was open to doing others.

🎧 ALC Review 🎧:

Alexis Paige & JG Harding did an absolutely amazing job narrating this book. I don't think anyone else could have done Joey and Cam Justice like they did. They really brought these characters to life and I absolutely enjoyed every minute. 

Joey and Cam are the IT couple for me. They couldn't have been a more perfect couple for each other. I loved everything about each other for each other. Their banter was on point. Their chemistry was astronomical, not to mention the spice 🔥 that they held between them. 

Joey was a character that you couldn't help but love. She had such a great personality that you just knew that you would be BFFs with her if you knew her personally. She had been through a lot in her life. Not only losing a parent but also dealing with a parent who had substance abuse issues. She constantly battled to just live her dream of being a writer. 

Joey deserved to have the love of her life treat her as such instead of treating her like the afterthought she was treated like. When she found Cam, she was treated like she was his only thought. She found out what it was like to be his one and only when she was with him. She deserved the love that Cam had for her in so many ways. 

Cam was such an amazing man. I absolutely loved him 😍. He fell first and soooo hard for Joey. She struggled to really just let him love her the way he wanted to love her because of her past relationship. Cam was an amazing man who was more than willing to show her what a real man who was more than willing and able to love her was like. 

I loved these two so much. Their banter was like no other. I laughed and giggled like a school girl. Well like I was in the middle of the conversation myself 😂.

This book was full of sexy surprises. I loved every single one of them! I loved how open and honest Joey and Cam were with each other when it came to their time together. They weren't shy about being honest with each other. They were open about trying new things and I loved that about them! 

That bonus scene was the absolute cherry 🍒 on top of the sundae! If you haven't listened to that scene I'm going to have to ask you to run and listen to it right MEOW 😻!

This is the second book that I have listened to from the Boston Rev's Series by Jenni Bara and I really enjoyed it! I love a forbidden romance and love seeing an authors take on everything. It is always interesting to see how they have different characters react and respond to news that you definitely don't expect to hear. 

I truly loved hearing Wren and Daddy Wilson come to life through this audiobook. There is really nothing quite like hearing their voices bring you through scenes! Well unless you count watching a movie 😉. 

Wren Jacobs has worked her way through the company she works for in the art world. She has worked hard to show that she deserves the spot that she has coveted from the beginning. What she never expected was to be sent on a trip to work with a client that was known to be difficult. She just wasn't expecting that client to be the one man that she has had a crush on for a long time. 

Wren couldn't help but fall for the one man she has had a crush on forever. He is not only the perfect man for her but also her best friends dad. She struggled with how both of them were going to handle having a relationship, much less telling their families. She wanted him in her life, but she didn't want to lose the people in their lives either. 

Wren truly struggled with every aspect but her love for Daddy Wilson. That was never an issue. She knew where her heart was with him. She knew there was no one who could ever love her like he could. He knew her better than she knew herself sometimes and she couldn't ignore that fact just because their families wouldn't agree with their choices right away. 

Daddy Wilson was such an amazing and patient man. He was one man who was willing to do anything it took to make sure that everyone that surrounded Wren and himself would understand his love for her. He would go to the lengths of Earths for her, it was only a matter of what he needed to do. He only wanted her from the very beginning and knew she was perfect for the job that he had in mind. Wren was very good at her job and Daddy Wilson knew that she was the perfect person to help procure his art gallery that he has been wanting to have to so long. 

Wren and Daddy Wilson were the perfect match for each other. They knew each other better than I thought they were going to. Even after all the time that they have known each other, it has always been from a distance. He was her best friends dad, but that made no difference once they were able to come together. They had a chemistry like no other. 

Daddy Wilson made promises to Wren that he would make sure that everyone wouldn't disapprove of their being together. Even though there was push back from both sides he was more than willing to go the distance and speak to both sides to smooth things over. I loved that about him.

When I first read Why Choose, Secret Society and Haunted House I was like SOLD!!! You didn't have to tell me anything else about the book. 

I connected with Posey immediately. Because who hasn't been in the I'm broke as a joke and I have no business being where I am. And the I am out of my depth around these people? Yep, ✅ and ✅. 

Being in her shoes was definitely a wild ride! I couldn't imagine actually being in her shoes and being in the constant state of fear and horniness. (Is that how you spell it? I have no clue. I digress.) 

Let's talk about these men. (Dawning with a fan 🪭) Not only were they insatiable but they were showing us all the things that were the sexiest things in my brain. I was like tattoos? Yes please. You have muscles? Oh yes daddy. Oh and you have veins popping out? Zaddy take me now! 

I think that is really all I need to say about these men. They were from the dreams straight to the page. 😍😍😍

These 4 put it all the way down. I was thinking that this would be interesting to see how they were going to be intwined. Boy was it 🥵! I was ok the edge of my seat and panting through parts. I was trying not to slip right out of my seat 💦.  I absolutely cannot wait to see what the next book brings! 

Elliott Rose has quickly become one of my favorite authors. She can do the yeehaw cowboys 🤠 and now I know she can do the dark romance 🖤 why Choose? I'm done for with the author. She's covering a good chunk of my bases. If she covered any more, all you would have to do is stick a fork in me and I would be DONE.

I honestly didn't know where this novella was going to take me, but it definitely took me to a place I want to go on a whole ride to! 

This was the perfect intro to Charlotte and Maverick! They gave us mystery and I have so many questions! Not only did they give us mystery that brought on so many questions but they gave us so much chemistry! Chemistry was sizzling 🥵 and it definitely gave us that seduction!

Paige and Colt definitely had their issues from the very beginning of the book. They grew up as childhood sweethearts and knew from a young age that they were meant to be.  What they didn't anticipate were the struggles they would deal with along the way. 

Kolt came from a home that dealt with domestic abuse but he was able to move away from the situation. He was a very talented hockey 🏒 player and was drafted to the NFL. Although he had the fame he didn't know how to deal with the harder things in life. He struggled to deal with those and I'm turn pushed his wife away. 

I struggled to really like this character in the least. The way he treated his wife before she left and even after she came back. I feel as if he never really even apologized or groveled enough for the way he acted. I honestly expected him to be a little softer in the bedroom considering he came from a domestic abuse situation growing up. I just felt like he was a bit too rough. 

Paige was a character that I really started to feel for as the story unfolded. The further the story unfolded I felt as if she hadn't truly dealt with her issues. I truly felt for her because it really takes a strong woman to restart her life all over again from the ground up. 

I also felt like Paige hadn't truly seen Kolt for who he was and how he treated her. Yes she got tired of how he treated her so she left, but she went right back to him as soon as she had the chance. She never truly dealt with what happened or what happened within their marriage. 

Both of these characters had a huge communication issue. Neither one of them wanted to talk to each other about what was going on until it was almost too little too late. I felt as if it was a hail Mary pass at that point. Even at that point Paige didn't even want to really talk about it. She tried to take responsibility for everything so that she could just be done with the conversation.  I also felt at times that sex was more important to her than the conversation that needed to be had between her and Kolt. 

By the time we go to the end of the book I felt like we had finally gotten the comraderie with Kolt's teammates. I had been looking for that in the beginning of the book for him to look for his friendships or to his brother for help with everything that was going on.

These two were feral animals in the bedroom and other places 😉. 

They definitely weren't shy about where they were intimate and what they did in those places. 

This couple were huge fans of “spitting” on that thang (hawk that style 🤣). It didn't matter to them, they found this the sexiest of way to keep it wet. 

In the end I think this book was okay, I felt as if this could have used more hockey play within the book. When I'm reading a book about a hockey player I really look forward to the hockey scenes to go along with the rest of the book. I feel like this could have used a couple more sprinkled in somewhere.

Jade, Henry and Bodhi stole my heart from the very beginning of the book! I absolutely loved these three! I loved how much they embraced the family they found along their life journey! It didn't matter whether they were blood, teammates, or family they have known for years. Found Family is just that, family. They are there when you need them the most and they are there to enjoy the good times! 

Jade and Henry had a past that was hard to overcome because of their feelings they shared for so long until they couldn't any longer. Growth sometimes hurts but also leaves room for there to be more room for those people to come back into your life at another time. Jade had to find herself, not only all over the world but also in Chicago. Chicago held a lot of memories for her and she had to face those memories in order to make new ones to replace those she didn't love. 

Henry had worked very hard to be in the place he was in his hockey career in Chicago but also as a father to his 6 year old son Bodhi. He knew what it was like to lose this you loved young but he refused to not have a family for Bodhi as he grew up. He found his family and surrounded himself and Bodhi with those that care the most! 

I absolutely loved that Bodhi's POV was included! I absolutely loved this little cutie Bear! He wanted nothing more than to have a mom and a dad to love! He had all the love to give and was such a sweetheart!

How these two fell for each other after the 12 years was super cute. I can truly appreciate how much Jett brought Bailey into the fold of his friend group. I loved that the WAGs of the group folded her in like she was always meant to be there, and had been.

I really loved these two together. They were perfect for  each other. I know I say that about a lot of couples, but these two couldn't have been more in sync with each other. I loved how Wyatt was attentive to Sally and made sure that she knew that her dreams came first. Even if his heart would break when she left, he knew that he had to let her go so that she could reach her highest potential. 

Sally was such a beautiful person inside and out. She had such a passion for animals and I feel like that speaks volumes about a person. If they can love animals in that way than they can love a person just as much if not more. She knew where her heart was but was torn about what she truly wanted to do. Being in love definitely didn't help with where she wanyed to do but she knew that she had to make a decision whether her parents agreed or not.

Mollie and Cash couldn't have been have come from more different backgrounds. Although they come from different backgrounds their love of the ranch truly brought them together. No one could have ever seen it coming but thankfully Mollie's father Garrett knew that bringing Mollie back to her roots was where she needed to be so that she could fall back in love with where she came from. 

Cash was our secret Cinnamon Roll MMC that was rough on the outside because he didn't want Mollie to have anything to due with the ranch. He just didn't see how she wasn't going to be able to run this ranch if all she was good for was shopping and playing pickleball. I loved that he loved the ranch so much that he was willing to do anything to make sure that the ranch stays in good hands. He didn't care how they kept the ranch but he was going to make sure that the ranch stayed in their hands. He just got so much more out of the deal when Mollie showed him what she was made of! 

Mollie was definitely the girl boss of the YEAR when she showed up to the ranch. Granted she had no clue what she was stepping into, her dad brought her back here for a reason. She had to try to keep the ranch, she had too much riding on making this work. She knew what she was made of, she wasnt afraid of getting her hands dirty or hard work. Molly proved herself time and time again for the first month that she was there. What she didn't expect was to go to the local watering hole and start dancing with Cash and that's all she wrote! 

Cash and Mollie had some serious chemistry that isn't easy to write. They definitely had their ways of doing things because they were very much their own kind of bosses. But they weren't afraid of stepping back to see how things were done in order to make sure that they are done properly! They both had their hearts set on making sure that the ranch stayed in good hands and refused to let it fall. 

I loved these two. They definitely held their banter throughout the book and I loved it!! With that chemistry and banter you couldn't help but see how well they were going to be together!

Mollie & Cash had the sexual chemistry unlike no other! They knew each other's bodies like no ones else! I loved how they were both so in tune and communication was too notch between them! What I wasn't expecting was the breeding kink that Cash had!! He wasn't shy about it and Mollie wasn't afraid of it either! They bother embraced it and said whatever happens happens! 

If you read my reviews you know that I love me a good smutty Christmas Novella! 

This beauty hit all the right places! Theo and Noelle were two spicy little numbers who couldn't hide how much they wanted to make some cookies for Santa!

Elliott Rose is an absolute gem 💎! This is the first book I have read of hers and it definitely won't be the last!! I fell in love with her writing and how well she wrote the spice that she wove throughout the storyline that I wasn't expecting in this novella. When you get a Christmas Smutty novella you never expect there to be much of a plot. But there was a great plot to this novella! 

Skylar & Lucas are two of the spiciest characters that I have read in a while! I absolutely loved the heat that these two brought to the cold 🥶 winter weather! Not to mention all of the fun things they did to each other while being snowed ❄️ in during Christmas 🎄. 

I absolutely loved the connection and chemistry that Skylar and Lucas shared. Some people who are closer in age don't have the the connection that these two have. 

I cannot wait to read more from Elliott in the future and see more in this universe!

Avery and Christian are two of the cutest people to meet in a bar. I loved that they met in an organic way, and hit it off so well. They just didn't know who each other were. Which I truly loved, because it gave them no excuse to really enjoy each other. 

Even though Christian truly could be a grumpy McGrumperson he was a teddy bear on the inside! The chemistry that Avery and Christian had seriously couldn't be matched! I loved that they also had the spice to match it. 

I loved that they had the slow burn friendship to lead us all the way up to the ramnce that I enjoyed so much between these two! 

This audiobook was an absolute gem! I truly loved hearing these characters come to life!

Another author first for me from Bailey Hannah! I am so glad that I chose this as my first read from her! I absolutely loved these characters and the scene that she set for them. This novella has some smut and an actual plot to it! So don't discount it just because it has a 3.5 🌶️ rating! 

Eira and Lucas couldn't have been more perfect for each other and their circumstances! I loved how their fates entertained and continually brought them together! It truly meant that their souls were going to find a way back to each other no matter their circumstances. Even if they didn't talk to each other as much. 

Eira was a woman with a great talent that so many women in the book world appreciate. She could illustrate all the NSFW scenes we all try to make sense in our heads. 

Lucas was our resident ferrier/rancher that so many of us book girlies dream of! Or those of us that have been lucky enough to be around, to drool over 😁. 

These two definitely had some of the best chemistry that I have seen between two characters that I have seen. I loved how they interacted with each other and their banter.

The scenes in this book were absolutely TOP NOTCH!! We had a great variety of scenes that Eira and Lucas partook in but a few involved tinsel bondage, female squirting, and sex under the Christmas Tree 🎄. 

I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who enjoys Christmas smutty novellas that have some plot to them! 

If you are new to Evie Alexander then you are missing out!! This is the compilation of the epilogues for a select set of books Evie has written. If you are a newsletter subscriber then you may have already read these. 

I have a love for anything Evie has written especially the Foxbrooke series! It is definitely my favorite and a series that I will always love delving into when she so graciously blesses us with a new book. 

These epilogues are definitely nothing short of wonderful. I love always being able to go back to the stories that I have loved from the first page. 

Reading these makes me want to restart the whole series all over again, just so that I can be back with all of the characters that I have come to love over the last year that I have read these books!

I am a SJ Tilly newbie, but after reading this trio of novellas I am definitely going to be reading more of her work! 

Alice and Michael couldn't have been more perfect for each other. Alice loved to bake, luckily her cousins convinced her to fill out the form for Second Bite. Michael being the chef and show runner for Second Bite had no clue he was going to fall head over heels for Alice, until he layed eyes on her. It was kismet that they were both there, and he refused to let anyone else lay claim to her. 

Michael is the possessive alpha male that so many women dream about. He knows what he wants and refuses to take no for an answer. He is known for his no take crap attitude. But what you don't see until he's behind closed doors with Alice is that he is an attentive and loving partner. In his words he takes care of his own. I loved that about him along with his way of protecting Alice when she was feeling any certain type of way other than good. He was always making sure that she was happy or content. When she wasn't feeling content within herself he showed her what he loved about her. He made her see that she was beautiful to him, and everyone else didn't matter. 

Alice has a little bit or a lot of all of us in her. The plus size girl who doesn't always see her worth, or her beauty. I loved Alice so much throughout these novellas. She brought so much realness to the storylines. She showed how much an insecurity can come flooding back to front of your mind even when you have nothing to worry about. It is how our brains as humans and women work.

Alice embodied so many women throughout this story when she embraced her body, her mind and circumstances and went with her gut feelings. She got the handsome man, but she also gained so much more throughout the three novellas. 

🔥 Let's Talk About Sex Baby 🥵: 
Spice Level: 3🌶️/5

All 3 Novellas had some plot but let's be honest they were full of Christmas Smut. And that is what we all love about them!! Alice and Michael embraced their inner HO HO HO's and banged like bunnies. And I can say that I'm here for it! We got some Mr. And Mrs. Claus action going, along with some good play, and a little voyeurism. 

These two had it all. I enjoyed every single scene and there were A LOT!

I honestly didn't think that I was going to love this more than I did Bourbon & Lies. But here I am, saying I loved this more than Bourbon and Lies. I felt this book all the way to my bones. I loved Lincoln, Lily and Lark front he first time they were mentioned in B&L and I was beyond excited when I learned this was their book. 

Lincoln has been the man with the black glasses that I have had the dad crush on from the very beginning. He is guarded not only for himself but for his girls, for a good reason. He has known loss, and is unapologetic about not wanting to know it again. Lily and Lark are his whole world outside of his family and the bourbon world. Until his world is turned upside down when Faye comes back into town when he specifically told her to not come back. 

Lincoln is a man of his word and he sticks to it, he knows without his word he has nothing. But when Faye comes in like a wrecking ball (thank you Miley Cyrus) his world is a bit discombobulated. Lincoln can't help but see that she has him enthralled from the first show she has at Hadley's speakeasy and he knows that the is in trouble. He just has to figure out how much trouble. 

Faye is not only a pretty face she can tease and be titillating while being the one to bring down the people who never saw it coming. Faye knew all those years ago that she had to leave because of that awful night she could never leave behind her. What she didn't expect was to come back to Fiasco for a job and be tied up in so much more than she ever bargained for. 

Lincoln and Faye have quite literally taken up a whole place in my heart with Lily and Lark. I just love them so much. Faye has come into a dynamic that is already hard to be in, but she embraced it with arms wide open. Sometimes that can be an impossible thing to do, but Lark and Lily really took to her. 

I absolutely LOVED Lark and Lily. These two girls are like no other. I loved how Lily had her woo woo crystals and her candy salads. But she also shared her love of music with Lark. Lark was in that age that can be so hard to adjust but she was such a cool kid. She embraced older music that really spoke to her and wasn't afraid to see what was out there. Especially when it came to the CURSE PURSE! The dreaded curse purse. Those girls had a whole racket going with that thing!! I loved that they were able to make some money while trying to keep everyone in check with their language to a point. 

🔥 Let's Talk About Sex Baby: 🥵 Spice Level: 3.5 🌶️/5 

These two just oozed sex when they were together! They were the perfect match for each other. They had the chemistry that people could only dream of! Not to mention they also had the banter that kept things spicy between them in the bedroom. 

The scenes that we were given within this book I couldn't have asked for better ones. Lincoln and Faye had some of the hottest 🥵🥵🥵 moments without even having sex. Then when they finally did have sex it was ON AND POPPING!! I had to take a few breaks and fan myself and get a few drinks for myself while I was reading these scenes. Because WHEW 🔥🔥🔥.

This is the first I have read of Ann's books and I am SMITTEN 🥰! I now need all of her backlog so that I can binge read everything! If you haven't picked up one of her books you are truly missing out on her humor and cuteness overload! 

Lila and Brooks were one of my absolute favorite couples that I have read this year! They have known each other forever, but both have had their eye on each other for years. When they laid eyes on each other after all these years Brooks didn't know who he was so smitten with at his best friends engagement party was until it finally hit him. 

Lila was an absolute gem! I loved her so much! I loved that she cared so much for Brooks' grandmother that she has taken so much responsibility for the inn. Not to mention the other love of her life cutie Bear Winston! Lila truly went above and beyond for everyone but herself and I was so glad to see that she finally took the leap to do what she truly has been wanting to do for so long! 

Brooks was also a sweet man who needed to find his person. He was lucky enough to find her when she had been in his life all along. He just didn't know that coming home to see his grandmother would bring him to the one that would love him like he truly needed. I also enjoyed how he grew to love her dog Winston. I knew they would grow to be best friends once they found their groove with each other! 

🥵 Let's Talk About Spice Baby 🔥: Spice Level 3 🌶️ 

This book was a total spice surprise for me! There was a little voyeurism, there was some super sexy scenes that was super hot 🥵. I was like whoa Nelly! Where did that come from? Please keep them coming!! Ann definitely satisfied that sweet tooth right up until the end!

Violet and Evander meet one night and have a one night stand. Three months later, Violet finds out that she is pregnant. What she never expected was to find her baby daddy living in the house that her grandmother left for her in a trust. 

Evander unfortunately had some trust issues that he hadn't dealt with from a previous partner. When Violet came to tell Evander she got the brunt of his frustration and what he hadn't dealt with. They came to an understanding of what they were going to do for a paternity test and moved forward with it. Once they received the results they each needed time to figure out how they were going to navigate their relationship. 

Violet also had her own issues she needed to work on because of a previous partner. Violet knew that she wanted to see if she could make a new relationship work with Evander whether it be a friendship or romantic relationship. Violet showed so much strength to be going through so much as a single woman now soon to be mother. God love Violet because she was also one of the most stubborn characters that I have seen within the universe of these characters. I love Violet and I know that she just needs to know that her partner loves her. 

I loved how involved their families were especially their parents! I was so glad to see Violets sisters came to visit as much as they did and push her to see a different point for view when it came to Evander. Even though she really struggled to see any other view than hers. 

Evander also struggled with coming forward and just communicating how he felt with Violet. That was something they both struggled with and I wish they both would have worked on. I think it would have negated a lot of stress for them both. I definitely have to give Evander big props because he definitely listened and paid attention because he made sure that she had all of the things she wanted and needed for the nursery.

The Christmas Rebound is the first book I have read by Calli Melle and I can happily say I am not disappointed! 

This book has little plot but mostly time in the bedroom with all three characters whether it be all there or two of them at a time. 

I thought that the scenes within this book were well thought out and executed. Okay well let's just put it this way, the scenes were hot and couldn't have been better! 

While I do love some plot to a Christmas book that is mostly sexy time, I appreciate when it can come to an end with a great scene along with a finale.

Something's Witchy definitely gave me Practical Magic meets Charmed vibes. I will say that given it had these vibes, mostly Practical Magic, it mostly had its own unique vibes. I appreciated that it included not only the magically gifted but also the mortals but also the plant family that was able to bring life to the magical family. 

I have to say that this one took me a little longer to read through. At times I struggled to get into the storyline. I felt like I was missing something. Like the spark that I needed to stay hooked wasn't there for me. I needed that connection between the sisters to be stronger or for there to be something there. I felt like there was something huge missing in their relationship. I know there was a void missing because of their relationship issues but I feel like they could have used something to help strengthen their relationship in order to help further into the story. 

I truly enjoyed Carolina and Declan's storyline. They were true soulmates or soul mirrors. I loved how Carolina was fast to guard her heart, but was also there to help Declan when he needed it. Caro made sure that he knew what they could never be, even though she knew what they could be. I couldn't help but hope they could be so much more than what she didn't want them to be. I knew that she wanted them to be what they had always been in previous lives, but couldn't help but try to save themselves from death and heartache.  As soon as Declan knew he had no qualms about what he wanted. He wanted Caro, and all of her. No matter what he has to do he wanted all of her no matter what he had to do. 

True Love wins out when you are more than willing to do whatever it takes to make sure that you are beside the one you love forever.

I was so excited to start this book once it hit my kindle! I was in the midst of my Christmas ARC Era and a little Football Romance was in order. What I didn't expect was to fall for Nathalie and Deon. These two cutie bears were so much more than I expected them to be. I thought that they were going to be cute characters, but I wasn't expecting them to be characters to completely make me shout (in my head) just tell them already!!! 

Nathalie was a sweetheart from the beginning. She was definitely someone that I wanted to be friends with. She was sweet, had a heart of gold, and loved working with kids. She didn't really know what she was getting herself into when she said yes but she learned over time in this slow burn ❤️‍🔥 what she really wanted in life. I loved that we got to see her whole journey through her emotions from one end of the spectrum through to the other end. Although I have to say I was hoping and praying she could see what I was so blatantly seeing from Deon. But sometimes it's hard to see what is right in front of you! 

Deon, oh man. He just had to go and open his mouth to the media. I'm so glad that he did because he was able to learn so much about himself with just that one blunder. He was able to go on a self exploration journey not just by himself but with Nathalie. She was able to show him what he is deserving of and what he should have had to begin with. He was able to see with the help of Nathalie and his friends that sharing his love with someone is okay. Making small gestures or large gestures with their help is even better. He definitely deserved Nathalie. She was the perfect woman for him. She complimented him in every way. I also couldn't help but love how much he cared for Gordie even though Gordie secretly planned his demise (lol). 

I loved the love that they shared and continued to build throughout the book even if they didn't know what they were building at the time. I truly enjoyed this story and can't wait to read more of this series!

Until she finds the right one on her doorstep. I truly loved Diana as a character. She was a curvy woman who was beautiful inside and out. She truly wanted the best for herself and Silvan. She also knew that she had to take a chance on Lawson, because the last time she took a chance she got the light of her life Silvan. 

Diana took the chance with the grumpy Cowboy and boy did it pay off for her! She knew that she had a bossy side herself and could play up her bratty side to see how far she could goad him. What she didn't know was that she would love it when he was spanking her while she was bent under the ladder 🪜 in the snow ❄️. 

Lawson Boone is the sexiest grumpy Cowboy 🤠 you ever did read about. He has this demeanor that is bossy and you want to buck up and tell him where to shove it just to get a rise out of him. But boy do those big hands and strong muscles he is sporting go a long way to making him the sexiest thing on the Christmas Tree Farm! He is definitely not what you expect when you think Christmas tree 🎄 farm. He is definitely the man's man when it comes to fulfilling a woman's dream of helping you with everything that you know you can't do by yourself. He is a force to be reckoned with when it comes to how far he is willing to go for Diana. He proves to her within a short amount of time that he does what he says. He stands up for her and will go the length for her and Silvan when he needs to. I loved that he was able to push her to her limits but knew where her limits were. 

He had a filthy mouth that went right along with the moves he had to back up everything he said. He also knew how to tie a knot 🪢 with that Tinsel he found in Diana's tree trimmings. I know she definitely never saw her bed as anything but beautiful until that day! 

I also truly loved the love that he showed for Diana's son Silvan. He stood up for both of them when he didn't have to, but he was more than willing to be the man that they needed and wanted in their lives. 

These two were a dynamite pair and I absolutely loved seeing them in their dynamic! They were literally made for each other!

The spice in this book is unmatched! There was spanking, buckle riding, tinsel bondage, biting, smelling and licking. I can say with confidence this is one of my favorite books with some great scenes that I would recreate with my partner!
