Christian is the ultimate Girl Dad! He has a whole tackle box for hair accessories for his two girls! He is one of the most dedicated people who puts his family and ranch before himself. I loved how he was with his girls! He was truly the model of how so many men should be with their daughters much less kids.

Cassandra is a fierce no hold back kind of woman. I can appreciate a upfront kind of woman. She has her faults, and doesn't apologize for who she is. Being left on a ranch in the middle of nowhere by her boss/ fiance to live with Christian and his two girls wasn't what she is expecting. 

She doesn't like kids and was a Meredith Blake like bitch to his two girls. Like if you don't like kids, okay. But there is no excuse for her to be this mean to them. That was a huge turn off for me. There was absolutely no reason for her to be that way.

Cassandra finally came more around to his girls but it really left a bad taste in my mouth. I feel like it ruined a huge chunk of the book for me. Even though she was a total bitch to his kids, she was the perfect match for Christian. Being polar opposites worked really well for them.

Banter was a huge plus as it always is with Maggie! The chemistry was off the charts! I'm looking forward to see what Maggie has for the next book.

✨️📖 On To The Book Review 📖✨️

This is the first Brooke Montgomery book and it's easy to say how much this book truly spoke to me! I had read Kennedy Fox in the middle of their partnership and ATE up those books! So seeing that this series is set in Sugarland Creek, really gave me all the belly flutters. If you didn't know this about me, I am a HUGE lover of Cowboy Romances and even more so of romances on family ranches. SO when I started reading this I was beyond over the moon!

Noah and Fisher have a chance meeting at a rodeo, and she can't help but look at the man that can't keep his eyes off of her. Even though Noah doesn't hit on women hardly ever, he can't help but talk to the beautiful woman in front of him. Even though he is older, FIsher can't help but talk to the man she can't stop wondering about! THAT, right there is a way to grab me! I couldn't stop reading because these two had the tension and chemistry that is like no other! Their chemistry isn't just physical, its so much deeper than that. 

He may be her ex's dad, but that doesn't mean that there isn't so much more there between them. When he said, “Just because we're taking things slow and not telling anyone doesn't mean you aren't MINE.” I mean SAY LESS DADDY! Yep, that's me in a puddle on the floor. What can I say, I like it when they tell me what to do, and tell me I'm theirs. WHO doesn't want their partner to tell them how they feel. Laying claim just does something to me, I can't get enough. (Thank you, Tim McGraw for carving your music in my heart!)

Even though Brooke didn't give me the “Daddy” trope, I still felt it in the undercurrrent. But lemme wax poetic about their banter! They had it in SPADES! Their texting also just gave me all the giggles and leg kicks I wanted from these two! Even though there is obvi an age difference ,you wouldn't be able to tell.

Noah gave me the protective older man that I needed from him, and Fisher gave me the strong woman who is more than willing to fight for what she wants! I couldn't have fallen or these two any harder than I have! I am so excited to see them in future books!

Maxine and Scott gave us the performance of a lifetime bringing this story to life! I love it when two narrators have the best chemistry when giving us the story! Maxine gave Lana the badass FMC voice she deserved! Scott definitely gave Cole the pretty rich boy but with depth! I loved hearing their tones and how well they embraced their characters! I am excited to hear more from both of these narrators in the future!

✨️📖 On To The Book Review 📖✨️

I haven't read a dark academia in a while, and this was the perfect segway back into this world! This is also my first book by S. Wilson and I'm  blown away with how much I loved the twists and turns! I had no clue about this author, but seeing how well this was written, I am even more excited about the preceding books! 

 I loved how dark and twisty this story was from the very beginning. It was so well written, that I saw nothing coming in the way that it did! I couldn't help but be on the edge of my seat with the constant turmoil that surrounded Lana! I loved that she was the Badass FMC that isn't written near enough for my liking! I loved that she was unforgiving in her nature and wasn't afraid to be the combative stabby badass that she was. I felt for Lana as her backstory unfolded, and she was even more surprised by some of the information that she was told. She had been through HELL and back! But she refused to not bring it along her side, and have retribution for the ones who came after her.

I loved the scenes where she was on her toes and had very little reservation when she used the skills she had learned growing up. These werent't basic skills to protect yourself, the skills were the ones that were honed to make sure that those you fought didn't come back alive anytime soon! I loved the depth that Lana had and how she asserted her dominance when needed, but also in the bedroom.

When we first saw Cole, he was the pretty rich boy who was getting a degree to work for Daddy when he graduated if he was up to his dads super high standards. His dad was super hard on him, and he wanted nothing more than to prove that he could do ANYTHING. He wanted the stamp of approval from his dad, but also to be himself. Cole had some layers that I would have loved to see more of unfold within the story. I'm a sucker for a great background story, and I feel like we didn't get enough of Cole's. 

Cole fought in underground fights to relieve the stress placed on him. But also so that he could be in charge of what his fists could do. He was an amazing fighter and had one most of his fights, with the exception of the fight he had with Lana. That was definitely a fight he wasn't well enough for what she brought to the ring. I loved that he was OBSESSED with her and refused to leave her alone. Even though he had no clue just how much she would fight back with some much vigor! 

Cole knew when he couldn't get the best of her, that he had to do everything he could to have her. I loved that he showed her exactly what he had to offer her. Safety, security, and the will to do anything it took to make sure that she was safe in his arms and bed. Cole couldn't help but feel the way that she made him tick. There was only ever one person for him, and he knew it was her. She gave him a run for not only his money in the ring, but also how she made him work for her attention. Even if she didn't want it.

I loved seeing the relationship between Cole and his sister Grace! He was the over-protective brother who knew no bounds when it came to her safety. They had a relationship that they could easily come to each other with ANYTHING. But respected each other enough to take their word. 

The character growth that Lana and Cole had throughout the story was so refreshing, and I loved seeing how they were willing to bend for each other. I couldn't help but love these two characters even more once the end came. Did I want it to happen? NOPE. I wish that we could have gotten more about Lana's backstory and possibly more with Dare in it to back up events that she didn't know about!

I LOVED this book, and I am so beyond excited to see who's book is next and what unhinged fun it's going to bring!

Where do I even begin? This book was EVERYTHING!! You may be looking at some of the tropes and content warnings and think WTH? Welllll, I like them dark and full of venom. Age Gap is only an extra added bonus. If you have looked at any of these and thought harder about it, then I'm going to say leave this one alone. Or READ AT YOUR OWN PERIL! This is a series that I will literally read ANYTHING & EVERYTHING! Ellie can write no wrong as far as these two books have shown me. I will literally hang onto every little single word she gives me! I didn't know how I would feel about this one, but I loved it even more than I did the first book!

Wrinley and Axel are each their own type of conundrum. But you best believe that they are also going to be each others conundrum. I loved that about them! They were so unhinged for each other that it only made sense for them to be together. Axel gave me un-hinged possessive man and gave it SOOOOO well! I loved that about him, even when he was like that to Wrinley behind his mask. IDK how you, but I do be loving me a masked man. Axel was the perfect masked man who knew exactly what Wrinley needed and wanted. He was more than happy to fulfill that role in her life. And boy did he fulfill it SO WELL. Only some people would find this attractive and all I have to say is it takes one to know one!

Wrinley knew what she wanted and was willing to do ANYTHING to make it happen. But we all know Axel had his eye on her for too long not to make sure that he was the one to take her V-Card, how he wanted to. Even if Wrinley knew who he was behind the mask I think that she would have played with him until she was ready to expose him. These two were the perfect storm. Not the regular summer storm, but the storm that happens right before that tornado hits the town. They have their own language together when it comes to the things that they are more than willing to do. With each other and for each other. 

The tension between these two is like no other, The tension is so strong that you could literally feel it around you as you read! I was like YESSSS GIVE ME ALLL THE TENSION. I couldn't help but want the tension to ramp up to see where it would go! I wasn't prepared for the WHOLE shabang that I would call his obsession for her. I loved that he refused to allow anything to happen to her. Even if he is her best friend's brother. He had a moral compass of nothing less than black, and I would have to say black doesn't really even cover what he would do in order to keep her safe. Axel knew when he heard someone talking about her that he would do nothing less than take care of the problem. 

Wrinley, bless her little horny obsessed heart, She knew that she shouldn't want Axel, but the heart wants what it wants. He was degrading but praised her. She gave him a run for his money and I loved that she was able to catch onto him and suss out what was what when it came to the masked man. She was never dumb, so there was never a question to if she would find out, but when. Same with the face cream she was using 😆. Not to mention the other unhinged things he would do to her and for her. And honestly, I think she would have done the same for him. There is nothing like a true ride or die relationship!

I loved seeing their evolution as their relationship was growing. I loved that they had those moments when they were the only ones in that moment. I honestly don't think this book could have been better than it is! I loved every single event that happened and I am FERAL for another book!!!

I just want to note that this is a novella, which can always be the perfect way to start a series! I love it when we can get a bit of a teaser for a series so that its something to peak our interest but also give us a taste of what is to come! 

If there is one thing that you should know is that there is one thing that Walker is great at, is that she is an amazing Cowboy 🤠 romance author! She has the perfect way of giving us a little but impactful scenes. She has a way of giving us so much in so little. I love that about her writing!  

Sunny and Iverson were given to us in the perfect novella! Sunny and Iverson had the chemistry, the perfect amount of spice and I think what could be the best way to be introduced to this world! I was so proud of how Sunny had the courage to stand up for herself! Sometimes that can be so hard, especially behind the scenes and in her head. But I was sooo glad that Iverson didn't hesitate to put her first in the end! I think that Iverson was able to see that not allowing Sunny to be first for him, that it would have been harder to be with each other in the end!

I am sooo beyond excited about seeing where this series is going to take us! I love an amazing Cowboy Romance and Walker is one of my FAVORITE authors that do it so well!

I was lucky enough to Beta and ARC read this for her and it just kept getting better! I thought that I would like it but I couldn't stop gushing about how much I loved this book. I know my husband was like “Will you be quiet about these fake football 🏈 guys already? The real game is on!” 😂

Just when I think I am going into a Football romance I was hit with a whole linebacker. Post-Partum Anxiety  representation! I didn't expect for it to hit the way that it did. But here we are. Several tissues almost a box later, I made it through but definitely gained more feels and more respect for mama's!

This is the first audiobook that I have listened to with Amanda Stribling & Robert Hatchet and I hope that I can listen to 50 more! I loved hearing them bring Annabelle and Sawyer to life! Amanda gave Annabelle the best southern drawl and spoke without missing a beat! Robert also has the kidn of voice that is soothing but also sexy at the same time! I know that sounds so weird, but he could read me a grocery list with all the of techinical names and I would sit patiently as he finished it! When I first heard Robert's voice it wasn't what I had envisioned for Sawyer but it quickly became the voice I didn't think would work but did SO WELL! 

✨️ 📖 ONTO THE BOOK REVIEW 📖 ✨️

Samantha has very quickly became one of my favorite authors! She knows exactly how to reel you in with her characters and plot! Most of the time I can say that either the characters or the plot is what stood out over the other one. But in this case they were literally neck and neck! I feel like one couldn't thrive without the other! There couldn't have been more perfect characters to go down this path that led to a GRAND FINALE!

Annabelle is the most hard working woman who cares for nothing more than to make ends meet with enough money for her son to play baseball. Which unfortunately hasn't happened in a long time, but she worked as hard as she could to provide for her two boys, and finally came out the end of the darkest tunnel! 

Her two precious boys wanted nothing more than to be happy with their mama! Okay, add one more thing for her oldest boy, Kevin, PLAY BASEBALL! They were the best kids I have ever seen in a book, and by that I mean that they don't complain or argue when she asks them to help around the farm! They were more than happy to do whatever they could to help her. Her smallest baby Boy, had the scaries from monsters and she made him a water spray that had glitter in it!!! If there is one thing that I love that can be contained AT ALL COSTS is GLITTER! (throws phantom glitter in the air! And no, its not the crap Mariah Carey was in LOL.) And one mama must really love her baby if she was more than willing to deal with having glitter anywhere in her house! These boys were so precious and I was soooo happy when they were abel to bring out the dad in Sawyer! 

Bless Sawyer and his sweet Lawyer heart! He truly was so confused when he first saw Annabelle's house and farm. And definitely when she showed him just how things are done in the south and in their small town. Not just the normal niceties, but also those that extend past giving him some sweet tea or cold water when he came knocking. She showed him that there was soo much more to her than southern niceties! She showed him what he had been missing since he made the committment to keave anyone alone after a heartbreaking devastation hit him. 

But Sawyer refused to admit that he was wrong when he realized that he felt so much more for Annabelle and her two boys. They showed him how happy he could be with them. His once straight laced Lawyer self was able to relax and see that there is so much more than the thrill of making a deal. 

Sawyer and Annabelle couldn't have bene more perfect for each other. Their personalities were so in sync and he loved her boys as if they were his own. I loved the moment when Kevin spoke to his friend about Sawyer's outfit in comparison to his everyday suit 😆! I could have listened to 5 more hours of this precious family!

Do not let me forget about the BIG TWIST that was what I thought it would be but not to the extent it was. I wanted to pummel that fool till he never woke up again!

The Homemaker is the first book I have read by Jewel and Boy, was it one that I will remember for a while. I know that I have been starting almost ALL of my reviews with this is my first book by xxx author. I know I need to branch out more, but what can I say? I have a problem of choosing REALLY good ARCs, but REALLY good authors! Homemaker is no different in that sense. But it is so different in the way that this book captivated me, and made me have soo many feelings. I went through the whole range of emotions as I mosied through the book.

This book was full of humor, happiness, love, and heartbreak. “If love doesn't break your heart, perhaps it's not true love.” The depth within these characters was so vast. Alice and Murphy gave me all the feelings when  they both knew that they were each others one that got away.I love it when there is angst and longing between our characters. It shows that it was and is more than just a fling. They were the ones they couldn't stop thinking about over the years.

I loved seeing that Alice loved her job as a homemaker for the Morrison family. What I didn't see coming was that she dressed as a 1950's housewife. I couldn't help but think of a couple movies I have seen that have asked their employees to dress in a certain period and have an accent. But the most refreshing thing si when you see that the person LOVES their job, What she wasn't aware of was how much her feelings would be changing when she saw Murphy for the first time after not seeing him for so long after their time together. That cherished time that they had and would forever be in their minds to look back and think on.

I knew not long after I started, that this book was going to be a rollercoaster ride that I have never been on. I am sooo glad this book made its way into my orbit! It gave me soo many emotions but at the same time, so many laughs, squeals, and leg kicks throughout. I couldn't help but have the good, the bad, and the ugly laughs and sobs as it progressed. NO ONE warned me how much I needed to buy the BIG Daddy box of kleenex at Sam's Club. Good thing I had some in stock because they definitely got the workout. There was so much emotion between ALice and Murphy, and I couldn't help but have all the feels.
       
Now that I know I will always need provisions when reading a JEA book, I will definitely be more prepared next time!!

Even though Sabrina had a career as an attorney her father knew that if he arranged her to be married, he could satisfy the debt and offer something that Maksim wouldn't get unnless he married Sabrina. 

What Sabrina doesn't want is for Parker to leave her side anytime soon. He has been by her side from the worst time in her life. She has some trauma from her past that she tries to so hard to navigate but barely scrapes by. With the way that she tries to do everything to keep her mental health on the precipace is a huge undertaking. She has gloves and certain fabrics she can't touch. Throughout the book you see how this affects her. When she gets overwhelmed she breaks out in hives and shuts down. I felt sooo much while reading this part of her life. She had been through something so traumatic that it was decimating her bit by bit. 

Parker, or Savage, as he is referred to freuqently is the one that has been by her side in order to keep her not only safe but also help her navigate the world that she walks. I love that there is a relationship like theirs, because you are able to see a love that so many people will never experience. It wasn't an out loud love. Parker didn't require that of Sabrina.

Once Sabrina and Maksim are married it becomes a terrain that she hasn't treversed. But once they are all able to see that they could make their triangle work, it is on and popping!! I loved seeing their dynamic work and how happy she was! They were able to help her bring her true self out with the help of her therapist! I love that she went to therapy in order to help her mental health and embrace the woman that she is. Like so many women she struggles to loook at herself and love what she sees! Her trauma threatens her daily but she refuses to let it win!

I loved this dark and enticing romance that brings soo much more to the table! This does end in a cliffhanger, but will continue in book 2! I cannot wait to get my ears and eyes the conclusion!

If there is one thing that you take away from this review, I want you to run and listen to this audiobook and everything in Jason Clarke's backlog. Do yourself the favor, because that man can play 15 different characters and I would LOVE every single one. It doesn't take long for me to fall in love with this story. Having Jason and Vanessa voice this only made this book THAT much better! They made listening and getting into the story that much better than the voices I could ever hear in my head.

Emilia and Bridger both had stories that followed them around, but they never knew they would share them with each other. They quite literally are two very different people, not just in personality but in their jobs and families. Emilia working in her families flower shop had other plans in life, but it just didn't work the way that she had hoped they would. She was such an amazing person and unfortunately had a family that didn't appreciate who they had in her. 

They also had very different ways of how they treated her than her brother. I felt sooo much for Emilia when things were truly shown to her and how they had been. She spent so much time and effort to make sure that their business was thriving in a small town of all places! Her mother was one of the hardest people to deal with! I couldn't have felt her feelings much deeper. I have seen that mom up close and personal and it is sooo hard! Never getting the approval much less compliment for making something out of nothing.

Emilia was a beautiful flower that just needed some sun so that she could grow where she was planted. Bridger came onto the scene and it definitely shook things up for her! He was the broody grumpy man who needed that flower in his life like the flower needed sun and water.

I loved that Emilia was able to get him to finally open up and share his experiences with her. Bridger needed her, like he needed air. But came up too early and couldn't catch his breath. Bridger carried so much on his back and in his mind. Guilt was the thorn that kept getting in his side, and he couldn't get away from it. As much as I hate seeing a third act break-up, this one of the best break-ups I have seen written. 

Emilia wanted nothing more than for Bridger to be in a good head space so that they were able to be together in a healthy way! I loved these two and I could have listened to 3 more books with them in them!

Daisy really came in and rocked my world with Father Knows Best!! I loved the tropes and figured that I would end up liking this trio. What I wasn't expecting was for me to fall head over heels for these three! I loved seeing the three of them grow within their relationships.

Avery was a woman who knew what she wanted and hinted to try new things with Sutton. Unfortunately, Sutton was the most vanilla man 😆! He loved Sutton but he struggled to see that she needed more than what he could offer. I can appreciate a woman who is confident enough in herself to ask for what she needs. Even if it may not be what their partner can fulfill. Avery wanted more but hoped that Sutton could do that for her. Sutton being the vanilla man he was couldn't provide that for Avery, but maybe someone else could have 🤔. 

I'm not going to lie and say that I wasn't blown away when Daddy Dearest (lol) came to the rescue. Yes, I know the book is called Father Knows Best, but I wasn't expecting Geo to be the one to come to the rescue. Geo and Sutton had an strained relationship for so long, and had to finally have the time to work through their issues. When Geo was the one to try to work through things with them, I was like YESSSSSS!! 

If the real Geo looked anything like our sexy cover model, then I am sooooo down!!! I live my age gap fantasy daily, but not like Geo would be! I appreciated that he was willing to be their sounding board, and the offer he made. I would have fainted right away when it finally hit what was going to happen! If every older man was the stallion that Geo was, booyyyyyy things would be sooo different in this world!

These three literally had the most off the charts chemistry!! I really wondered how different it would be with Geo as the third in the relationship, but it was like it was meant to be. They had a comfortable dynamic, even at times I'm sure was a little awkward. But I loved seeing how they are co-existed successfully from what I saw.

Just when I think this book and series couldn't get any better, Victoria goes and has this audio made. Victoria Connolly is one of my favorite narrators, and she NEVER disappoints!  Sean Masters is also another HUGE fave for me, and he could never narrate no wrong! They gave Hadley and Daddy Ace the voices I never expected but loved! It is one thing to read a book in print/digital, but hearing them is a completely other experience! 

I loved hearing their banter, snark, and, of course, their sparring back and forth. I didn't know that I would have loved this book more than I already did. BUT HERE WE ARE! I am beyond sad that this is the last audiobook of the series, but it also makes me a little bit more excited about what is to come next! I truly hope that we are able to hear Victoria and Sean again in the new series!

📖 On to the book review 📖 :

 Victoria Wilder has a way with words that I am forever astonished with. She boggles my mind with her word magic, and I am more than a willing participant. I will always be at the front of the line waiting for more Word Porn if you will 😉. Just when I'm already mourning the end of the series, she goes and wrecks me with all of the Hadley and Ace I wanted and so much more. This woman legit has magic flowing from her brain all the way to those fingers, and I can't help but keep eating it up at every turn. 

I have loved Hadley and Ace from the very beginning where we met everyone in Bourbon & Lies. Hadley is a woman's woman who refused to apologize for being herself. I love Hadley's whole vibe and the energy she gives. She is the woman that so many others aspire to be. She knows what she wants, and she does whatever it takes to make it happen. 

From the get go, she always told Ace that he was her Daddy, whether he liked it or not. Hadley is an enigmatic woman who you can't help but stare and hope she doesn't think you're a creeper. She's the stunning woman who walks into the bar, and you can't keep your eyes off of her. She has always made it obvious what she wants, and Ace was always at the heart of it. I mean, a girl doesn't propose for nothing 🤷. 

Hadley legit is one of the strongest women, and I admire that soo much. She hasn't had it easy, but she made sure to make all the hard work look like it was nothing. Even though Hadley had a father that was at best manipulative, she always had Griz and all of the Foxx family. She was never truly alone, because she was already a member of the best family anyone could ever ask for in life. Even though she wasn't born into their family, she became apart because Grizz refused to not love her like his own. Her family wasn't the one that gave her the confidence to be Hadley, through and through.

Daddy Ace, where do I even begin with you??? You have to be the most frustrating man. Not because you always choose to be but because you have your reasons. And those reasons are the ones that make you that much more of a man of honor. How often can you say these things about men you meet, much less men that you know? Its not often, is the answer here. There are good men out there, but none are like Ace. They can try, but they couldn't quite hit the mark that Ace did for me. I love a broody, morally grey man who is so focused on keeping you safe, but loving you from afar. Not by choice, but because he knows that he can't have what he wants if Hadley's dad knew. There were always consequences and prices to pay for their actions. 

Ace is the ultimate Morally Grey MMC that so many hope they snag. He has all of the best intentions and follows through with them. He not only has his heart set on Hadley but also making sure his family is safe at all costs. But it always falls back to who truly holds his heart ❤️. 

I loved Ace so much. He literally bought 5 years worth of her underwear to keep her safe. Not just that, but also so that she could fund Midnight Proof. He was always there even if she didn't know it. He loved her from the wings so that he could take care of her and keep her safe. Especially from the one person who was supposed to protect her but instead exploited her at every turn.

These two had the most fire 🔥 chemistry. Not just in their amazing back and forth banter but also their whole vibe. Their vibe is what really propelled them forward. They were the perfect match for each other. They couldn't have been more perfect for each other. I absolutely ATE up their dynamic and banter. It was definitely a FEAST!!

I am so beyond sad that this trilogy is over, but I am beyond excited to see where the next series takes us!

I went into this book excited to be back in the Hamptons with all the billionaire's and their ridiculously expensive car, and houses! I loved meeting Camille and Ryker and their Golden Retriever x Black Cat dynamic. I LOVE a GR x BC dynamic with the best of them! Camille was to babysit Ryker to make sure he doesn't mess up his life anymore than he already has. I could feel Camille's anger as she had to be his babysitter, but couldn't help but notice the charm that he had in spades! 

She refused to deal with his usual antics, and I know that it was like catnip to him! He ate up her attention even though he pushed back as much as he could until he didn't. Ryker was able to see everything very clearly and see her for who she is! 

I loved that Ryker was the Golden Retriever and made sure that she felt how he was feeling for her. Even though she pushed him away she was finally able to see that he wasn't who she thought he was. He had more facets to him, and he was just waiting to meet her, so that he could be who he truly was. Not the Billionaire Playboy who couldn't stop being the life of the party!

J. Saman has shown me that she has what it takes to put the words down that grabs my attention, and hold it till the end of the book. That is to say that I never wanted the book to end, I wanted 100 more pages! This is the first book that I have read of Julie's, and this will not be the last! I am now digging through her backlist to see what I want to devour first!  But first, let me tell you all the ways that I loved Undeniably Corrupt. 

Liora was such a sweet person and had such a big heart! I loved seeing her relationship with her daughter, Hazel. She was the most precious baby child! I loved hearing her voice how she felt, and how she built her relationship with Vander as the book progressed! I think that she was single handedly melting his heart towards her and Liora! Not that Liora wasn't, but Hazel truly helped it along because of her young age and her sweetness! I couldn't get enough of Hazel and wanted to see so much more of her! 

Liora was an Angel who did everything that she could to make sure that Hazel had everything she needed. Even if that meant that she did jobs that wasn't her top priority. But she still did them to provide, because she refused to be anything but an amazing mom and person! I loved that she was willing to be what she needed to be today to get to be the person she wanted to be in the future!

Oh Vander, I don't even know where to begin with this man. Well, he definitely gave me all the thigh squeezing vibes, not just with his actions but also how he treated Hazel and Liora. I loved that he was the light hacker version akin to Robin Hood. Making sure that those that deserved the swift justice received it! I loved that he had that rough outer shell because it definitely helped him throughout his life to achieve his goals.

I loved that Vander had a band of brothers that he could depend on when things really got hairy! But what couldn't save him was when he fell first for Liora! I loved that he was the one that fell first, and hard. Hazel definitely helped that along once he was able to spend time with her and get to know her! I loved seeing him be a daddy to her! She needed it but not as much as I think he did! He needed her just as much as she needed him, and I loved seeing their relationship grow each time we got to see them together!

I couldn't help but feel some type of way with these three, and how they evolved throughout the book! Their evolution was something that was so natural and grew so well! I loved their banter as they sparred back and forth, but their chemistry was something that crept up on me, and it was off like a match to a fire! I loved that they had that something that truly gave them something to stand on and build upon!

Every time I open a Bella Matthews book I already know that I am going to get all of the things I need from a book. She gives me all the feels, not just with her words but also the vibes that hit me as I make my way through the book. It always feels like I am getting a huge warm hug from my favorite person.

Lexie and Lucky were no different in the way they gave me the feels as I learned more about them with each page and then chapter. I LOVE me a football romance, and Bella is a master at writing a sports romance. We get enough of the sport to really enjoy it but more of Lexie and Lucky!

Lexie happens to come into Lucky's orbit and she quickly sees he was a playboy, luckily he is reformed and willing to do whatever it takes for Lucky to see his commitment to her. Lucky wants nothing more than for Lexie to let him love her through everything. 

Bella did an amazing job of portrating Lexie having cystic fibrosis. CF not only takes a physical toll but also a mental one! Lexi struggles to let people into her life because of her illness, but Lucky is the one that refuses to take no for an answer.

I don't think I could ever be over this beautiful story and all the feelings I had while reading. I hope that you are able to find a book like this that makes you have all the warm and gooey feelings!

Arabella and Ryker were the couple that you never expect to be together, but work so well! They had some of the best chemistry I have seen. And let's not forget to mention how they were on the same side even if one couldn't always see it. 

I loved Arabella and felt like she deserved the WORLD for dealing with the absolute mess of a person that is her mother. She was quite literally the perfect example of the parent you always hope to never be in their vicinity, much less orbit. But unfortunately she was stuck with that sad human being. Bella had to put up with so much from her, and unfortunately struggled to see what was in front of her. It seems to happen like that until you have no option but to see it for what it is!  My heart just felt so many things when it came to Bella. I felt for her because of how her mother was towards her. I have seen it time and time again, and it never gets easier the next time I see it. I wanted to fight so hard for her, but unfortunately that is a battle that she has to fight. 

Bella had so much potential to be so much more than the path she was thrust down. If she would have been able to go to college, when she was supposed to I think that she would have had a different life. I couldn't have cheered more for her when she was finally able to get away from her mother and her controlling ways. If you didn't know the term for what her mother was its called a Narcissist. 

Ryker, the forever hottie, was such a gem. I wasn't the  most thrilled when he left Bella but that is something that he felt as if she needed to be able to work out for herself. He couldn't have been a better influence in Bella's life. I was cheering for them the WHOLE time! I loved that they had the connection and love for each other the way they did! I loved that he would take care of her when she needed it the most. Everyone needs someone who is able to be there for you, even when you don't want it. I'm not just talking about the financial aspect, but also the emotional one. Which I feel is the most important one! Without that we struggle as humans, we need that connection with someone to be able to anchor ourselves. I'm just glad that they had that for each other!

I loved how he loved her enough to leave her so that she could see she was worth so much more than her mom's words. Not everyone would be so caring to be patient much less teach her the ropes. I enjoyed seeing how they were obviously meant to be together. 

I am sooo beyond excited to read the next book because I NEEEED TO KNOW what happens with the next characters and to get a glimpse of these two!

Let me just start by saying that Jade will forever and always be the auto-read/buy author for me!! If you haven't read Pineapple (Swingers Resort Book) you need to RUN! Jade always has the banter and the puns to go right along with it! She always gives me the giggles and swoons when I read her MMC's! But don't think for one second that I don't have to constantly squeeze my thighs together! YUP, its that GOOD Y'ALL!!! 

Don't let me gush all about Jade, even though I want to! Let me gush about these characters and how much I loved them. Nicolette and Helix are two of the most nerdy STEM nerds that have ALLLL the banter! I never thought I would love nerd banter as much I did between these two! Can we please talk about the suspenders and slutty little glasses that Helix wears? That alone is a panty melter! But then he has to be funny as well? Where do I trade my older model in for this one?

I loved that this book has a deeper exploration of identity, and how Helix sees all of Nicolette. Not just her beautiful exterior but what really makes Nicolotte who she is. Her brains, and heart will always be the traits that speak the most about a person. Nicolette is a very smart woman who is making waves in the STEM world but also making waves in Helix's heart! 

Nicolette has the ambition in spades and at times it shows her vulnerability when it comes to her heart! I loved seeing both Nicolette and Helix come together in not just the physical way but also emotionally! They truly had the chemistry (pun 10000% intended) and everything that truly mattered! 

Nicolette didn't have the friends and family that she needed to love her like she deserved, but Helix had family in spades! He had such an amazing relationship when it came to his brothers! I loved seeing them and their relationship. They have all been through something, and I cannot wait to see what they all bring to the table!

Lucy Rivers & James Joseph truly gave this whole audiobook their best shot and it PAID OFF BIG TIME! Their delivery of these characters was TOP NOTCH! They literally are who kept me listening because I needed to find out what happened in the end! 

This book is something that I literally have trouble putting into words, and then how I feel about it. I have so many mixed feelings. And not in the way you think. This book was 🖤 PITCH BLACK 🖤 OF THE HIGHEST ORDER. I have read some dark books, but this one takes the WHOLE CAKE! 

I even struggle to call this a romance, because the depraved things that happened in this book shouldn't be categorized as such so quickly. There is love, but not the kind you expect when you think of love. It is for him and his obsessive nature. The normal definition of love doesn't apply anywhere in this story.  

But I can't say that I wasn't trying to figure out what was going on a good amount of the audiobook LOL! When I was able to figure it out I was like what the heck is actually going on? I couldn't help but reel back a little and think about what was going on. 

This is a twisted read, but it definitely makes you think about what is going on and why. I didn't want to think too hard on it but it was something I am still contemplating 10 days later.

I went into this completely blind and all I can say is that this is the best way to go into this book! This is a SHORT novella! In the book it is 92 pages, so I knew this was going to be a shorter read. What I wasn't prepared for is the amount of Horror and Paranormal included within. 

I already loved it once we got to see our masked man, and see how he drew in our other MMC. Even though this is a short novella there is A LOT packed into a short amount of time in this audiobook! It was thrilling to see how the vibes overtook people, and you were able to get into it as well! JF Harding did an amazing job of making sure that the parts he played were voiced very well. I have loved all of JF Harding's previous work, and this one will definitely be on that same tier! 

I loved seeing how the dynamic between Jasper and Adrian and how it builds! Never get used to anything in this book because you won't be staying in the same scene for long! They really gave us the WHOLE ENCHILADA FOLKS! We got TWO SERVINGS. Literally, we got so much with these two and more scenes in the book!

I went into this completely blind and all I can say is that this is the best way to go into this book! This is a SHORT novella! In the book it is 92 pages, so I knew this was going to be a shorter read. What I wasn't prepared for is the amount of Horror and Paranormal included within. 

I already loved it once we got to see our masked man, and see how he drew in our other MMC. Even though this is a short novella there is A LOT packed into a short amount of time in this audiobook! It was thrilling to see how the vibes overtook people, and you were able to get into it as well! JF Harding did an amazing job of making sure that the parts he played were voiced very well. I have loved all of JF Harding's previous work, and this one will definitely be on that same tier! 

I loved seeing how the dynamic between Jasper and Adrian and how it builds! Never get used to anything in this book because you won't be staying in the same scene for long! They really gave us the WHOLE ENCHILADA FOLKS! We got TWO SERVINGS. Literally, we got so much with these two and more scenes in the book!

I really enjoyed hearing a full cast throughout this audiobook! I always love hearing people, I am familiar with voicing characters that are new to me! Having some familiar voices and new ones really made this book that much better! I loved hearing Angelina bring Lola and her fiery 🔥 self to life! I loved getting to know Lola and Calas they navigated this new relationship and new surroundings! 

Sean really worked that British accent! I loved hearing him bring Cal to life and constantly say “What Lola Wants” to Lola 😆! I loved that he was that charming British man that a LOT of women dream of! He did such an amazing job of being Cal!

This is the first I have read and known about Dad Coms, and I am so beyond sad that I didn't know about them before! You best believe that I will be going back and reading the WHOLE Mom-Coms series! I loved seeing the banter between Lola and Cal! Cal kept it fun and lighthearted while still working to show her that he was a good guy! He wanted nothing more than to love her and show her how much she means to him! 

Lola refused to fall for him but realized that she didn't have much falling to do after seeing how he cared for her and his son Murphy! She didn't think that Cal would be the one she fell for and didn't want anyone to think she was with him because he was her boss! What she didn't know is that everyone else could see it the longer she pushed back against him.

Cal truly showed people how he loved him through his actions and words. He refused to not show them how he felt. Like when he brought Fuzzy Wuzzy home for Lola! That was such a huge gesture in general, but Cal was saying be a parent with me, be my partner! He knew that he wanted them to see his love and then feel it. Cal really had no clue what to do with the knowledge that he was a father but had missed out on so much time with Murphy. I felt for Murohy after we truly found out why and how he came to be with Cal.

I loved Murphy and his cute little self! He was such a well-adjusted little guy for his age! I felt for him because his mom just left him there on Cal's doorstep and was like SEE YA! My heart broke for him! Even though he acted as if it wasn't a big deal! I just wondered how he truly felt, I wanted to hear his feelings about everything that happened. I know that Cal truly loved Murphy once he was able to figure everything out and be the dad that Murphy deserved!

I truly loved Lola and Cal and didn't want the book to end! I kept hoping that there would be five 20 page epilogues 😆! Until the next book in the series, I'll just keep dreaming about this little family!

I honestly don't think that I could have loved this book more!!! I am ALWAYS down for some 🎃 Halloween Smut 🖤!! This isn't my favorite time of year for no reason!! I mean, Lessssbehonest. What does Fall and Halloween have in common? I'll wait...Okay its MEEEEEEE. LOL 😆 I don't think I could be more of an autumn even if I tried! You best bet I will always have something with pumpkin in my iced coffee cup! And yes I will be wearing my sweatshirt and biker shorts because Halloween smut is legit the best! 

Jenna was always the “weird kid” but really she should have been my best friend!!! But that doesn't mean she isn't perfect the way she is! Mason came into her orbit and it was a whole dynamite show!! I loved that they both weren't your usual couple! They loved their little morbid hearts out when they found each other. I absoluterly loved how in tune he was with her. They had some seriously funny banter!! I cackled , swooned and squeezed my thighs togther!

I absolutely loved seeing how Mason was so willing to go so much further for Jenna than people in her past. He wanted to truly know her! Everyday walks will always be one of my fave scenes. Seeing them truly bond and build their relationship. Then of course we can't forget the scenes in the house!! 

I cannot wait to see other books by Holly! I know I have found my fave Halloween Smut Writer!!

I am a huge lover of anything Savannah and Connor narrate and this book only cemented that feeling even more! I loved hearing Savannah and how much you can tell by her voice that she loves being a narrator! Connor is always a huge bonus to any audiobook, but you could hear the emoition in his voice as he told Jaxon's story. 

Ariella and Jaxon quickly became two of my favorite characters! I loved their push and pull between them and the obvious tension they shared. Their chemistry had me in a CHOKEHOLD! They made it work for them and used it to its advantage when they needed to! I can't help but say that these two characters were more than meant to be together! She was everything he ever needed, even though he had trouble seeing that. She wanted nothing more than for him to be hers and to be involved with their child. But she was willing to take on the role of both parents if that wasn't what he wanted. I give Ariella major kudos because she went from NY to LA just to tell him what was going on. 

Granted she could have called him, but she felt it was worth more than a phone call. I think she needed to tell him in person because she knew he would have feelings and would need to discuss everything. They unfortuantely didn't have the easiest of times when they were able to connect and discuss everything. But you should know that they were meant to be all the way back to their childhoods. I loved seeing how Ariella and Jaxon couldn't help but keep rotating into each other's lives! They definitely had things that they needed to work out but once those issues were resolved they were in the green!

I was beyond thrilled when I saw the amazing cast that was voicing this book! I love every single narrator and couldn't help but be excited as I started the 🎧 audiobook! Let's be honest, this 📖 book 📖 / 🎧 audiobook 🎧 was nothing short of FANTASTIC! I 😍 loved 😍 🎧 hearing 🎧 Meg speak every single time! Her french 🇫🇷 accent gave this audio that much more to ❤️ love and feel more authentic! I would never have been able to have that accent in my head 😩! But this is when I am more than grateful for having the audiobook to 🎧 listen as I 📖 read along!

With each chapter came a rule that was between Jack and Camille! I loved how they were put into action throughout the book! I also loved hearing the letters that they wrote to each other throughout the book. They were able to be their most vulnerable without being soo uncomfortable that they would abandon in person. 

I couldn't get enough of Jack and Camille! I loved seeing their stolen moments they had with each other and how the tention was tensioning! Not to mention their chemistry and how they were like 🎆 fireworks 🎆 on the 4th of July 🎆🎇! Camille was one person that I was most intrigued by not just her life but also how she was feeling throughout the story! She t  had a very austentatious life like Jack was accustomed to. But she knew once she was in the house, she was in it to win it! I loved that she was able to spread her wings and fly! She grew into the woman she was supposed to be! Not just a sensual person but also a role model for Beatrice! She was able to be that for Beatrice and be able to ❤️ love ❤️ her like she needed. Camille was the perfect person to see how she was introduced into Jack's life and world 🌎! We got the introductory to their world if you hadn't read the previous books, but also seeing how Jack's family was making their own Legacy!

Jack, Jack, Jack. You sexy broody man! Jack was full of pent up sexual frustration, and Camille truly brought that out when she was able to be the one he could do Shibari with! If you don't know what Shibari is, then I woiuld highly suggest looking it up on Google so that you can have a full idea of what it is! Also look around and see photos 📸 ! I loved learning about Shibari and seeing how Jack brought it into his and Camille's relationship. What started as slightly sexually tensioned quickly wound up to undeniable sexual tension. The tension was palpable, like I could feel it as I listened! It was something that I never thought that I would feel, but here we are! I love hearing the way that each character brought their own wants and needs into the relationship! You were able to hear the whine in Camille's voice 🗣and Jack's reaction to it! 

I loved hearing their banter and the angst that was carried throughout the book. I couldn't help but feel the way these two would be DYNAMITE 🧨 when everything was finally coming to a crest! Those final moments leading up to their coming together were some of the best I have heard! I cannot wait to hear the other characters as the series continues!
