I picked up this story because it was about a guild, rather than a singular powerful protagonist. It started off pretty strong, with an interesting power system and a neat truck-kun isekai setup. But as the story went on I found myself really disliking the protagonist. I found him really annoying. He was supposed to be a college student, but he acted like a high schooler, especially around women. He seemed dumb, too. I wanted to like the story, because a protagonist whose “power” is leadership, rather than combat, sounded cool, but unfortunately this protagonist and plot didn’t live up to my expectations.
