i liked this one a lot better than the first one. i'm going to keep my review short & sweet because i don't want to spoil anything too much. with that being said, i loved the growth within Reese. i 100% think you should go in blind to both because i did & i loved it so much.

I laid down to go to bed and “read a couple chapters” and ended up awake until 3 am finishing this... I had such a good time. That ending was absolutely crazy. I kind of called what was going on with her mom and Rose. I really hope that she can move past that and be okay with it. I really did love Reese but sometimes she was a bit much. I'm hoping she can have more... I don't know.. character development? I know she's very religious but I hope she can forgive herself for wanting to do the things she wants to do and slowly love herself no matter what.

I'm also nervous for what's going to happen between Reese and Brenden because Brenden seems like such a sweet guy and I hope he doesn't get hurt from this weird I guess love triangle? I don't know if I would call it love triangle but you know. I just really hope he doesn't get his heartbroken.

I truly did love Rory, she sounds like she genuinely loves her daughter. Hearing the backstory of Rory and Rose made my heart hurt. I love them so so much and I hope to see more of them in book 2.

I'm so excited to read the second book in the duet, I'm hoping to start it today.

 i read this in one sitting because it just pulled me right in. i absolutely loved how ronan was just so caring! the connection between him and daisy was stronger than anything. i loved this more than i ever expected. it was an immediate 5 stars. her writing style gets me every time, i'm always immediately hooked. i never knew a romance series about a sex club would make me feel so comforting & seen, but hey here i am! 🤷🏻‍♀️ 

if you haven't read the salacious players series, i 100% recommend! start with praise & read in order for the best reading experience & to avoid any spoilers! 

i was nervous to read this one because i didn't like beau in book one, but i honestly really enjoyed it. maggie is a badass, of course! i really loved seeing this side of beau and the interactions with his dad! 

so far this is my favorite in the entire series!! honestly, i don't think anything will take its place either! i absolutely loved this one. drake is my absolute baby. the growth hunter went through from the beginning to end was absolutely insane and i loved reading it. also isabel is just a badass - DUH. the three of them have my whole heart and i will always think of them. this was my first book with a throuple in it and WOW. amazing. 

this was my first romance that had step siblings in it and i don't think it's for me? i loved the characters & the spice. i still loooved it but i don't think step siblings are for me? still an amazing part of the series though!

I absolutely LOVED getting back into this universe. AGGGTM still is my all time favorite YA trilogy. This was such a fun and quick read. I missed Pip so much. I loved how it took place before he trilogy so I know everything but they don't hahah. I wish we had more novellas like this with these characters because I just love them so much. Maybe one like after the trilogy ends... would be very nice! Or more to the universe with the characters in general, I just miss Pip and Ravi so much!!

This book was an insane roller coaster. Like... Wow. 

Honestly though? I was right about a lot of it which is something I both love and hate. Since I was right, there wasn't a whole lot of plot twists for me? But it was a good book nonetheless and a very good thriller. 

I think this was my favorite in the entire series. I absolutely loved the banter between Indira and Jude. Jude is a precious bean who must be protected at alllll costs. Jeremy and Collin were also the absolute CUTEST. I don't want to say too much to spoil it but I loved it so much! 

If you haven't read the first two books, I DEFINITELY recommend reading them before this one comes out! They're all so amazing and you won't regret it. 

This was such a roller coaster of emotions. I absolutely loved Vi and Declan but Tuck stole the entire show. I loved him so much. Kids in books are usually a hit or miss for me but Tuck? He was absolutely amazing. I think I cried for the last like 100 pages? Like I said.. roller coaster. But so good. If you haven't read it, I definitely recommend. Check the tw's and read the first book in series before!

I will forever love Callahan so much. I had very high expectations for Cal's story and they were seriously exceeded. I had so much fun learning more about what happened before, it really made me understand why they were the way that they were. Lana upset me a bit at the beginning because of how she treated Cal (everyone kind of treated him terribly), but after learning more about her and who she was, it made sense. She was protecting Cami, which I understand 110%. I knew Cal would be my absolute favorite Kane brother but WOW, I love him SO much. He deserves the entire world. I'm so happy he started making decisions for himself (even if it was also for Lana and Cami). I'm also glad that their father got exactly what he deserved in the end. 

This will be one of my favorite series for a while. So so good.

i started this not really liking declan that much, honestly. but towards the end, i will started understanding why he is the way he is. the last 30% really sold me that i love him! i do admit, i loved every scene with cal so i am SO excited to read his book later this month. 

but i LOVED iris SO much. she is such a badass queen!!! i loved that she stood her ground when she needed to. they both had so much growth both separately and together, it was beautiful. the epilogue was super cute & made me tear up.

I honestly really enjoyed this. It was a very spicy, very quick read. It also had like a lot of plot besides the spice also? Like I would LOVE a full length romance novel about them to see them more! I think that would be fantastic!!

Kate is insufferable. She's so whiney but like... it makes it good. Whiney mcs are needed sometimes LMAO. I was almost upset when her date with Brad was ruined bc I kind of liked him even tho I knew I wasn't supposed to. But Lorenzo is soooo entitled and I want to know what he's up to. His ego is way too big. He says it's okay for her to date someone else, but he ruined her date??? Make it make sense , Lorenzo LMAO!! The cliffhangers have me in a CHOKEHOLD like I need the next one ASAP.

Wow. I know it's only January but I can tell that this will be in my top 12 books of 2023. It was so so good. Wes has my entire heart. I absolutely loved everything about this book. I laughed, I cried, literally all the emotions. I can't wait for the second one because I need so much more of Wes and Liz. I hope Michael and Laney end up happy too. Ugh. I loved this so much.

Okay, another amazing book in this series! I thought I loved Giovanni in book 1? Nope. Mikhail is perfection. I love him so much. But, I really do think Max will steal me from both of them with his book because I have such a soft spot for him. Anyways, about this book.. Mikhail was literally amazing without even trying sometimes. the fact that going down on a girl is too intimate for him but he went down on Sloane which he apparently hates & you know... is holding hostage?!?!? Absolutely crazy but wow. I will forever recommend this series to literally anyone and everyone.

I read this as an ARC and honestly, I enjoyed it. I really really loved all of the characters a lot. Gramps and Lola are so stinkin' adorable. Also... Daisy??? I'm a sucker for books with cute pets!! Scarlett honestly annoyed me a bit but I did love her and related to her heavily. Rowan is a serious dream, he is simply amazing. Like honestly, I love him so much. The ending made me so happy!!!

Okay, WOW. This book was an entire TRIP. An amazing one at that. I am not usually a love triangle kind of girl but this one had me just wanting more and more. There were some twists that had my jaw to the floor surprised. I cannot wait to read the next one in the series.

I can't wait to read literally anything Katelyn Taylor writes because I ate this up so quickly. All of the characters were so loved by me, even Trevor. He redeemed himself for me. But Sebastian's dirty mouth? Yeah, that was really nice.

okay... WOW. people really do mean it when they say these books are addicting and that they get better each time because WHAT WAS THAT? AMAZING. 

i loved learning more about darius and i really did feel for him. his father is such a dick but i can't fully say that i'm surprised. 

lance and darcy really pull on my heartstrings a lot but i am for sure a caleb girlie for now. darius is VERY close especially after the ending of this book. i think he really does have a caring side, it's just in his blood to be a complete dickwad, which after meeting his father... it makes sense. 

i'm already getting comfy to start book 3 because that ending needed me wanting way more. 

I tried reading this in January and just couldn't get into it... but I tried it again a few days ago and WOW. I ate it up. it was SO good. when people say it's a bully romance, they really mean it's a BULLLLLYYYY romance. but it was so good. I can't wait to start the next one and see more of the characters. my favorite so far is definitely Caleb. I love him so much?!?! I keep wanting to look up fan art but I'm so scared of spoilers so I will just wait

okay. i don't usually write or post reviews right after finishing a book but for this one? i need to. i absolutely loved this book. i was NOT expecting the ending & it has had be crying my eyes out for the last 30-45 minutes now. eyes puffy, ugly crying. it was SO sad. LOOK UP TW. PLEASE. but it ended so beautifully. if you're looking for a sad (but also happy & cute) read, read this. but again.... TW. look them up.
