Bryn Donovan

Donovan is an author, a book editor, and an optimist with a background as an executive editor in publishing. With her husband, she runs Lucky Author, a book editing business.

She earned her MFA in Creative Writing at the University of Arizona. Her work has appeared in dozens of literary magazines, including Ploughshares, The Antioch Review, North American Review, Nimrod, and Puerto Del Sol, and she's published articles in McSweeneys and Writer's Digest. She's the author of ten children's books, an inspirational gift book, and a G-rated contemporary romance for Hallmark, and is the creative producer of two Hallmark movies. She's published steamy romances as well as nonfiction books for writers.

Donovan has taught writing workshops through Reedsy, Catapult, The Writers Place in Kansas City, and many writing conferences.
