Roger MacBride Allen

American science fiction author born September 26, 1957 in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Allen is best known for his space opera series, particularly the Hunted Earth sequence and the Chronicles of Solace trilogy. He has also written extensively for the Star Wars universe and authorized Asimov sequels. His work demonstrates strong scientific knowledge and explores complex themes in robotics, time travel, and anthropological science fiction. Graduated from Boston University in 1979.
