A Cliché Christmas

Overall, a sweet contemporary, but it kept getting distracted from the overall story by lots of kissy feely stuff, so it felt like that was the main focus of the relationship and the inner relationship felt second-place. Also the heroine was often in a poor-me mood and I didn't like to be around her then, so it took me a couple weeks to read. Overall, I really enjoyed the author's voice and some of the situations were just too much fun. I'll definitely be reading more of her books.

Personal gripe: a supposed first-edition copy of Little Women features in the story. Sorry, but the first edition of LW was NOT from 1911. 🤪
