A False Report

At times, while reading this, I would burst out crying. Whether from my own experiences or the injustice suffered in this story I'm not sure, but A False Report is a very powerful story told very, very well.

It's hard to describe how amazed I am at Marie. For her ability to forgive and move on. After what was done to her, not only by the rapist, but by the people sworn to protect her. I think about the others who have suffered the same indignities at the hands of police and/or their family and friends.

Wouldn't it be amazing if everyone read this book and actually took it in?
