A Hex for Danger

Bellamy Bay is getting more dangerous! It's a good thing there are so many magicals to help protect it. I don't want to spoil anything, but I will say that we see more than just mermaids in this one. That was interesting and exciting.
Alex is growing as a person. I liked to see her use her powers and her physical prowess as well. The romance is developing as well. It is not an easy road for Alex, but romance is not easy in real life. So I appreciated the realistic developments. There are more good character developments from other characters as well.
The mystery has several twists and turns. I had no clue who did the crime or why or all the ramifications of that. There is a lot going on in Bellamy Bay.
