For a debut novel, this was excellent.

It gripped me from the start, and if I'd had the complete book, I'd probably have read it in one sitting.

The characters of Ben and Phoebe were very realistically portrayed making it easy to sympathise with both of them. I found myself feeling especially sorry for Ben, who it seemed just couldn't catch a break.

It touched on issues such as self harm, panic attacks, fights and anger. The author doesn't shy away from any of these issues.

I thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

Thank you to PH and Sarah for the chance to read this book.
